Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business or related fields

• At least 2 years of working experience in marketing and technology in a fast-paced environment. Those with experiences working in a family office or private investment firm will be advantageous.

About the Role

As a FS Technology Manager, you will lead on-the-grounds delivery of engagements whilst helping to build the FS S&O practice as part of the broader team. From a delivery perspective, you will lead client interactions and delivery of work alongside leaders and junior teammates for general IT strategy and digital/technology transformation projects in the FS industry. You will have responsibility for execution of client delivery through identifying client needs, approaches to problems, defining work plans, and management of work. About you

You are likely to be a Financial Services Technology professional with the following key attributes:

• 5-8 years experience in a management or technology consultancy and/or industry
• Experience in aligning business and technology strategies, designing innovative technology solutions to solve complex business problems, preferably in FS industry
• Good understanding of emerging digital and technology topics and trends with broad digital/technology skills and knowledge to lead work within one of the following architecture domains of enterprise, applications, data, or infrastructure including cloud
• Understanding of architecture design principles and experience in architecting modern financial services digital solutions
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving ability and conceptual thinking, comfortable in a hypothesis-based environment and ability to frame strategic challenges from a technologist perspective
