Job Responsibilities:

• To provide design and draughting support to the Production and Sales Department.
• To prepare and circulate all shop drawing to the Production Department.
• To check for discrepancies in all drawings before issue to Production Department.
• To coordinate with Project Coordinator to stamp drawings with PE and monitor the approval of shop drawing.
• To discuss with consultants and authorities on any discrepancies and detail changes.
• To attend site meeting on technical matters with Sales staff when required.

Audax is seeking a Specialist, Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly with Relationship Sales, and possess technical skills in integration and configuration of the platform. Dynamics 365 Configuration and Integration:

• Connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and set up sales-specific insights within Dynamics to enhance sales processes.
• Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft products (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Secure and confirm customer requirements and operational profiles to communicate effectively with R&D / plant engineers and ensure successful system integration with other vehicle components.

· Offer technical assistance to clients on existing and new projects and products. Ensure customer satisfaction.

· Assign ownership and manage the company Li-Ion battery product portfolio (Commercial EV and Marine) in providing fast technical-commercial proposal (support) to BD & sales team for pre-sales activities, for APAC, EU and US.

Requirements:

· Degree/Masters or Phd. in Electrical Electronics, Mechatronics, Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.

· Experienced product manager with total 8 - 13 years’ experience in development or application engineering, or system integration and product management, preferably in the space of mobility or electrification.

· Inclusive 3 – 8 years of experience in product management portfolio in mobility or electrification industry preferably with APAC, EU or US markets.

· Knowledge of Singapore and regional electrical standards, global vehicle standards and basic safety requirements.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin, as the role requires close collaboration with our engineering team in China.

· Can-do attitude, and high EQ to manage customer relationships, and key stakeholders from strategic BD team, engineering team and PMO team.
