Job Description

• Assist the Head of ICT to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's information technology systems and infrastructure.
• Responsible to provide technical support, monitor system performance and assist in the development and implementation of ICT policies and procedures.
• Managing remote teams and ensure that team members are working effectively and efficiently.
• Oversee the development and implementation of the organization's ERP system.
• Assist the Head of ICT to plan, implement and manage the organization's information technology systems and infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to end-users which includes troubleshooting, resolving hardware and software issues, and maintaining user accounts.
• Monitor system performance and identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Assist in the development and implementation of ICT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the organization's data.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to information technology.
• Manage the organization's ICT assets, including hardware, software, and network devices.
• Assist in the selection and procurement of new technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Provide training to end-users on ICT systems and processes.
• Manage and lead remote teams, including setting goals, monitoring progress, and ensuring team members are working effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure effective communication with remote teams, including regular check-ins and video conferencing to facilitate face-to-face communication.

• Ensure that ICT projects, including the ERP implementation, are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Strong knowledge of ICT systems, including hardware, software, and network devices
• Knowledge of industry best practices in ICT management, security, and compliance
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including experience managing remote teams
• Project management experience, including experience with ERP development and implementation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions

• Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday with occasional after-hours work required
• Work will be primarily in an office environment, but may also require some travel to other locations
• May be required to lift or move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Solution Architect

We are currently looking for a Solution Architect to define architectural vision and solution architecture which aligns with the business strategy, enterprise architecture strategy, technology, and platform choices.

Responsibilities:

- Describes the solution intent and the associated operating environment, determines the primary systems/subsystems and their interfaces, defining non-functional requirements.

- Performs design reviews to ensure all non-functional requirements for a solution are sufficiently met.

- Ensures the solution is fit for purpose by working with stakeholders, vendors/service providers. In parallel, evaluating the impact of strategic design decisions.

- Works with Product Manager/Owner to plan and prioritize technology focused backlog items for the architecture runway.

Requirements:

- Familiar with Waterfall and Agile SDLC

- Application architecturing and delivery track record

- Knowledge in Financial Software, Middleware, and Databases
