Scope of Services
The Services required are set out as follows:
1.The duties and responsibilities
1.1 Provide *device management ( *device – ICT devices, equipment, peripherals and gadgets under the purview of the ICT department ) of school-owned devices
1.2 Provide technical and applications support for users during school hours
1.3 Installation, testing and commissioning, maintenance, and repair of devices.
1.4 Maintenance of tracking list (for e.g. Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheet) to track the loan and return of devices.
1.5 Manage ICT inventory in the School
1.6 Manage Audio-Visual (AV) inventory in the School
1.7 Deliver and setup ICT devices/resources at the requested room/ area.
1.8 Assist and supervise ICT vendors during delivery of services or goods
1.9 Assist School Leaders, management or teachers for related ICT tasks.
1.10 Process paperwork (for e.g. Loan Form, ICT Request Form) and related ICT administrative tasks.
1.11 Support and report to the HOD ICT, Subject Head ICT, ICT Manager and ICT Associate.
1.12 To support and work in tandem with Desktop Engineers (DEs) deployed in schools.
1.13 To assist in audio, projector and notebook setup during school programme and events
1.14 To assist in audio and video production when necessary
1.15 To assist in using video editing software or application when necessary
1.16 To conduct ICT baseline skills (Microsoft applications and Google applications), ICT related and video related trainings to students
Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Personnel
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
1、Possess a Diploma qualification in IT related field
2、Proficient in English Language – both written and spoken
3、Possess working knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
4、Possess working knowledge in Google Workspace applications
5、One (1) year of experience conducting enrichment workshops or equivalent activities in schools
The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
One (1) year of experience as ICT Executive or equivalent role in a school setting
1、Possess troubleshooting knowledge of ICT device(s)
2、Experience in Audio-Visual (AV) related setup in a school setting
3、Experience in audio, video and production for school events
4、Ability to use video editing software and application
5、Registered under MOE’s Registration and Engagement Management System (REMS 2.0)
