JOB SCOPE

Sales Engineer shall be responsible for

• Develop and implementation of strategic sales and action plans to expand overall business growth;
• Perform product sales introduction and technical presentations to customers;
• In charge of creating sales pipeline from lead generation, sales engagement, negotiation to closing;
• To build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders;
• Maintaining a collaborative and constructive exchange as an integral part of product & marketing team;
• Maintaining and improving leads records in CRM timely and accurately manner;
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain regular updates on sales opportunities;
• Monitor and analyses of market, company and competitor performance/activities and proactively recommend changes to the company initiatives; and

Responsibilities:

• Database Management and Administration: Manage and administer the organization's databases to ensure

optimal performance, security, and availability. Perform regular database maintenance tasks such as backups,

restores, and disaster recovery planning.

• Performance Monitoring and Tuning: Monitor database performance and tune queries, indexes, and

database parameters for optimal performance. Generate and collect database statistics over time to analyze

and improve performance.

• Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain database security policies and procedures to ensure data

integrity and protection. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to data management and

security.

• Backup and Recovery: Implement and maintain database backup and recovery strategies to minimize data

loss and downtime.

• Database Design and Optimization: Collaborate with development teams to design and optimize database

schemas, tables, and indexes. Provide guidance on best practices for database design and data modeling.

• Monitoring and Auditing: Monitor database activity and maintain audit logs to track and report on database

usage. Ensure all actions performed by the DBA are logged in the audit trail as per security and compliance

requirements.

Primary Skills:

Database Administration: Proficiency in administering and managing

index tuning.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the on-site management of end-to-end module construction, network construction, cabinet transformation, removal and sporadic wiring projects, communication and coordination with the TPM team and the local operation and maintenance team to ensure the project is delivered on schedule.

2. Responsible for the progress inspection and feedback of IDC on-site civil engineering and infrastructure according to the requirements of TPM.

3. Scope of work, with a single territory as the management scope, including but not limited to preliminary project survey, coordination of logistics arrival, management of on-site wiring and network integration, to ensure the overall delivery timeliness and quality of the project, and to assume a certain length of engineering follow-up role during the project.

What does a Head of Product do?

As a Head of Product, your job will be to:

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Coordination:

• Oversee the end-to-end logistics of equipment deliveries to data centers, warehouses, and other relevant locations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely ordering and procurement of required items, ensuring all equipment is ordered according to project specifications.
• Track and monitor the status of orders and shipments, ensuring that deliveries are on time and accurate.

Vendor and Supplier Management:

• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics partners to manage orders, deliveries, and any issues or delays.

• Ensure compliance with all data center protocols regarding access, safety, and security.

Delivery and Equipment Verification:

• Ensure that all equipment and shipments are verified upon delivery, checking for accuracy against purchase orders, shipping manifests, and packing lists.
• Document any discrepancies or damages in delivery, escalating issues as needed to the relevant teams for resolution.
• Perform initial inspections and quality checks to ensure that items received are in good condition and meet project requirements.

Logistics Documentation:
