Our Recruitment Process

Job Description

• Working hours from 5.30 to 10.30 pm
• Provide support technical assistance to end-users, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of technical problems.
• Deployment, maintenance, upgrading, and support of client computer systems (hardware, software, OS, network, etc.)
• Windows OS, AD, Office 365 configuration and administration, patching & file server management
• Maintain high user satisfaction with excellent customer service, offering solutions to meet clients’ needs.
• IT asset management and other ad-hoc duties will be assigned as and when needed
• Knowledge of Freshwork will be an added advantage.

Job Requirements

• Good knowledge of Windows OS, AD, and Office 365, with basic IT network skillset.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably from an SI environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
• Good coordination and communication skills with internal and external customers
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Excellent customer management skills
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply

Requirements

• Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualifications in STEM, such as engineering or computer science.
• Must have experience as a full stack engineer building large-scale software applications.
• Advanced knowledge of front-end languages and frameworks including JavaScript, NextJS, React, Mantine, React-Query and Playwright.
• Good communication skills.
• Developing software in the cloud particularly with AWS.
• Experience developing RESTful and websockets APIs with NodeJS and ExpressJS, Python and FastAPI.
• Competent in both SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Familiar with deploying and maintaining AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Terragrunt

Preferred Requirements

• Interest in learning, adopting and championing new technologies.
• Employs and advocates for good programming practices such as clean code, pair programming TDD and BDD.
• Experience working with micro-services.
• AWS Certifications.
• Working in an Agile environment.
• Familiar with cloud-native communication protocols such as gRPC.
• Familiar with event-driven architecture and publish-subscribe protocols such as AMQP.
• Able to lead new projects from conceptualisation to delivery.
• Breakdown high-level product requirements into functional tasks for implementation.
• Familiar with DevOps operations and troubleshooting microservices

Key Responsibilities

Functional and Automation testing experience including tools such as Selenium, UFT, JIRA, Postman

• Degree in software engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering or infocomm-related discipline
• Must have professional software quality testing experience with hands-on automation
• Strong understanding of testing techniques, risk analysis
• Strong understanding of test-driven development, continuous integration and continuous delivery
• Experience with automation scripting (i.e. Python and shell scripts)
• Experience with open-source automated testing frameworks (i.e. RobotFramework, Selenium Webdriver)
• Experience with open-source performance testing tools (i.e. JMeter, Gatling, Locust) or enterprise level testing tools (HP LoadRunner)
• Experience with open-source penetration testing tools (ZAP, Burp Suite, SQL Map) or enterprise level penetration testing tools (HP WebInspect, Nessus, CheckMarx)
• Working experience in Agile environment will be an added advantage
