Technical Responsibilities

• Delivers pipe stress (static and dynamic) and other miscellaneous calculations efficiently and effectively manages multiple tasks independently and in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Utilises CAESAR II software as well as company proprietary Microsoft Excel spreadsheets as required. Conversant with relevant International Codes of Practice as well as engineering and industry standards
• Prepare pipe support loads and conceptual special pipe support design for detailed design
• Perform visual check and calculate piping load for non-critical lines.
• Provide guidance to piping designers or drafting team and verify that Piping requirements are reflected in the design. Ensure output is completed on time, on budget, and exceeding quality standards.
• Assists in preparation of datasheets for spring hangers, expansion bellows and other specialty piping items.
• Prepare pipe stress analysis report for submission and resolve client comments related to pipe stress from time to time
• Adheres to and complies with engineering procedures and standards and provides constructive feedback for continuous improvement. Identifies potential applications for new processes and technologies to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Ensures effective communication and interface between all disciplines for design and development
• Participates in internal audits and investigations as required.

Job Requirements

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Efficient project management which includes project scheduling, lead, and co-ordinate the whole project team which include supervisors, foreman, workers and subcontractors.

2. Liaise with client, architect, consultant, and main contractor for any site issues to ensure timely project execution. To represent the Company at site meetings and other meetings as required.

3. Responsible for site coordination workers and to make accurate, decisive, and prompt decisions relating to work matters. Feedback to management on site problems for corrective actions to be taken.

4. To ensure details in subcontracts, purchase orders are accurate and meet with the project specifications in covering the full scope of work intended and required by the main contract.

7. Responsible for preparation, checking and submission of shop drawings before commencement of installation works and as-built drawings upon completion. 8. Submission of monthly progress claim to clients and monitoring of variation works, avoid wide differential in claim and payment amounts. To finalize project accounts and variation claims early for client’s verification and payment.

9. To monitor the progress of work on site and recommend, if appropriate, the interim payment certification to supplier/subcontractors proposed by the designated Project Engineer.

10. To access, recommend and recruit suitable subcontractors and work force to provide quality engineering services to our clients.

Purpose

The Sr. Network Engineer is responsible for all aspects of Customers Network Engineering and Network support functions. This role will also own delivering predictable, reliable and stable network services and overall network support for all of Customer including all DC, Cloud, remote offices the corporate office and field locations. The role includes overall responsibility for providing the designing and implementing the “New” Customer network. The new network needs to rely on the latest in “Zero Trust” technology, SDWAN technology, threat protection assuring Customer is completely secure on all possible attack vectors. This role will follow the 4 guiding principles set forth by our CIO and CTO – “Secure, Stable, Simple and Scalable”.

Responsibilities

· Lead the design and implementation of the new Customer network.

· Manage day to day operational activities of network support, including vendor management.

· Respond to all incidents, network or other to be quickly available for remediation testing and troubleshooting.

· The Senior Network engineer ensures proper management of the Network services (including LAN, SDWAN, MAN, Voice, Video, Wireless, ISP, Zero Trust, EDMZ, and Contact Center Technologies) for Customer in conjunction with the vendor(s). In addition, this role supports Network availability and the introduction of new technology into the Network environment.

· Analyze existing operations and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the operating environment.

· Manage physical Network assets and re-location services.

· Oversee the performance of the Network and assure it is managed and monitored.
