• 1-3 years of experience in security surveillance hardware and software administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of IP CCTV systems, PPS, PSIM, VMS, and audiovisual systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, system drawings, and construction plans.
• Hands-on experience in electrical power systems and cabling work, with a solid understanding of on-site operations.
• Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and protocols.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and handle pressure effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to respond to emergency situations and provide support outside regular working hours.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors works to achieve daily work schedules and to ensure compliance with specific requirements
• Assist the Project Manager in planning and monitoring of construction activities and production of shop drawings
• Liaise with relevant consultants and authorities on technical and engineering matters
• Monitor and coordinate the work of Sub-cons and Supervisors
• Coordinate the inspection of Civil and Structural works

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Preferably with working experience in foundation works
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of AUTOCAD
• Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
• Willing to work overtime including weekends and public holidays when necessary
