Job Title:Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cloud infrastructure in government commercial cloud environments such as AWS GovCloud and Microsoft Azure Government. The role requires expertise in automating infrastructure provisioning, ensuring compliance with government security frameworks, and optimizing for scalability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Infrastructure as Code Development

• Write, test, and maintain IaC templates using tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
• Develop reusable modules for consistent and scalable cloud resource deployments.
• Implement configuration management using tools like Ansible or Chef for provisioning and state management.

2.Cloud Deployment

• Design and deploy secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure in AWS GovCloud and Microsoft Azure Government environments.
• Automate provisioning of VPCs, subnets, security groups, EC2 instances, Azure VMs, , , CICD pipe line and other cloud services.
• Ensure seamless integration of cloud resources with on-premises infrastructure in hybrid environments.

3.Security & Compliance

• Ensure all IaC deployments adhere to government standards such as FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST 800-53.
• Apply security best practices, including encryption, IAM policies, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities.

4.Performance & Optimization

• Monitor deployed infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiency using tools such as AWS CloudWatch and Azure Monitor.
• Optimize IaC templates for faster deployment and reduced resource overhead.
• Implement scaling and failover mechanisms for highly available systems.

5.Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with DevOps, development, and security teams to align infrastructure deployment with project requirements.
• Document IaC code, deployment processes, and system configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on IaC best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
• Prior experience in a government or regulated industry environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deployment via JIRA, Job scheduling via control M, basic knowledge in Jenkins, bitbucket and artifactory, and reporting.
• Ensure all documents and requirements for UAT/Production implementations are complete with correct details and comply with approval process.
• Support UAT/Production deployments for Unix/Linux/Windows platforms using Rocket Aldon LM(e).
• Check in collections to Aldon via Jenkins.
• Investigate and coordinate issues encountered in Jenkins.
• Assist other teams on UAT/Production deployment issues related to Aldon.

• Review and perform SIT/UAT ECP deployments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years’ experience as Release Engineer.
• Knowledge/experience in Aldon LMe including setup, ECP.
• The successful candidate will have experience with source control tools, setting up servers, working with MQ, CI/CD Tools, build tools etc.

The Assistant Chief Engineer is responsible to assist the Chief Engineer in the operation and maintenance of the building, to ensure a high standard of upkeep and maintenance, to the satisfaction of the building owner and guests / tenants.

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Chief Engineer to implement the execution of preventive maintenance and repair schedules of all machinery, equipment and facilities and see to the proper execution by employee staff or external agencies or contractors.
• To assist the Chief Engineer to prepare the duty roster of maintenance staff.
• To conduct daily briefing of staff and assign duties to staff to carry out the necessary building operation and engineering works.
