Purpose of the Role
•EUC Engineer is responsible for End User Services engagements such as working with cluster support Infrastructure Operations leads, supporting business units end users for activities related to office moves, new hires, leavers, transfers.
•Responsible to deliver operational plans and any technology refresh projects initiatives
•Responsible for user endpoints related processes and procedures

Management and delivery of Build and Deploy team for End User Computing
Key Responsibilities
Lead the build-and-deploy technicians and provide training as necessary
Responsible for software and asset management (including asset disposal, commissioning, and decommissioning)
Handling on/off boarding of laptop and mobile devices
Perform laptop imaging
Resolves issues related to desktop computing, software, and hardware
Support all end-user BAU activities such as software upgrades, patching, computer imaging, deploying build images and software using InTune
Performing break-fix issues on: Desktop/Laptop, IT Peripherals, iPhone/iPad, Windows, MAC OS, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Mobile Device Management, VPN connectivity issues, etc.
Manage IT assets purchase orders, delivery, and installation with 3rd party supplier
Produce operational documentations and evidence for internal and external auditsConsistently consult direct manager in evaluating requirements and execution
Support all business areas with technical expertise and provide outstanding service to end-users
Team
Direct and indirect accountability for build and deploy technicians
Requirements
Experience
Minimum 7 years’ experience in IT environment
Excellent knowledge in troubleshooting on Windows, Mac, operating system.
Basic network infrastructure skills

Ability to communicate and supervise 3rd party vendor effectively
Ability to manage asset inventory very well
Knowledge in ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
Education
At minimum, Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Engineering or similar
Proven track record in leading small team of technicians
Experience in technology refresh projects
Ability to create and document processes
Immediate availability is preferred
