Overview:

We are seeking dedicated R&D Engineers specializing in electrolyte development to join our dynamic Battery Material Research Division. Key Responsibilities:

· Electrolyte Formulation: Lead and contribute to the development and optimization of electrolyte formulations tailored for high silicon-based battery projects, emphasizing enhanced performance, safety, and stability.

· Integration of Silicon Anodes: Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to effectively integrate high-capacity silicon anodes into battery systems, addressing challenges related to volume expansion, cycling stability, and interface engineering.
