5.5 days / 6 days work week (work hours to follow client’s timing in the site office).
Location: Frequent travel to client site offices
Responsibilities
· To manage the office internal maintenance including Electrical, Air-con Plumbing and Building issue.
· Report to owner on the defect and closed back the loop when completed.
· Manage external sub-contractor and ensure the monthly preventive maintenance is carried out accordingly.
· Prepare monthly meeting minutes and submit to owner.
· Prepare monthly report.
· Prepare quotation for minor and A&A works.
· Required to do some minor trouble shooting and hands on works if required.
Requirements
· Min. Diploma or Higher NITEC in Facilities Management, Building, Electrical, Mechanical or Aircon Maintenance qualification.
· Min. 5 years working experience in Facilities Management, Building, Electrical, Mechanical or Aircon Maintenance.
