3. Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical matters or site issues.

4. Attend site meetings with consultants.

5. Inform Project Manager/ M & E Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to M&E works.

6. Responsible for site supervision and coordination of M&E works with other trades such of civil, structural or architectural.

7. Prepare and arrange M&E installation in accordance with approved drawings and materials.

8. Coordinate & supervise M&E works carried out by sub-contractors that's in accordance to specifications, shop drawings, method statements and local codes & regulations.

9. Ensure site safety in accordance with safe work procedure.

10. Submission of M&E shop and coordinated drawings.

11. Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

12. All other duties as assigned by Project Manager.

Job description:

• Provide support to their supervisors throughout the design and development phase.
• Manage day-to-day on a construction site and the main source of technical advice and quality control
• Site supervision, establishment of daily reporting, planning and scheduling of daily activities, coordinate with stakeholders and subcontractors, etc.
• Will be responsible for overall project management and delivery of the project including planning, scheduling and execution
• Make calculations and prepare plans for projects, and oversee and provide reports on progress and issues that arise during the project lifecycle
• Checking drawings and quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations
• Oversee the progress of project elements
• Attends project meetings, liaise with clients/ consultants/ technical teams, and resolve any site issues
• Assists in risk assessment, recommendations on risk control measures
• Ensure site safety & compliance to authorities’ requirements
• Make periodic site visits to monitor progress and ensure that projects are completed according to specifications and construction codes
• Provide budget oversight and develop cost estimates for materials and personnel based on documents and project plans
• Throughout the planning and construction processes, provide support in ways that can include gathering data for permit applications, presenting documentation or blueprints to clients, and maintaining records of change orders
• Manage project stakeholders, clients, design team, site team and other relevant parties
• Need to draw using AutoCAD if any design urgent works
• Assist in all other duties assigned by your superiors.

Requirement:

• Degree in Civil Engineer or its equivalent, recognized by PEB or IES of Singapore
• Proficient in both MS Office, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
• Good exposure in design of Civil Engineering works
• * Preferably with Pipeline experience.

Requirements:

• Recognized Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Environmental Engineering
• Proficient with CADWorx or AutoCAD
• Preferably 3 years relevant working experience in similar industry
• Able to work with all levels of workforce
• Self-motivated and team player
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Preferably possess valid Class 3 license
