• Supporting project communication systems Installation, Configuration, Integration and Testing at customer site to ensure timely project delivery.
• Working closely with subcontractors to ensure tasks on site are completed on schedule.

Requirements:

Job Requirement

• Experience liaising with relevant utilities agencies.
• Registered earthwork supervisor with EMA/SPPG and BCSS will be an advantage.

Responsibilities :

• Attending sites survey, precon survey, site inspection and handover
• Handling Contractor, assigning sites to subcons
• Draft technical proposal
• Liaise with other authorities such as HDB, LTA, Building Owner for Private sites
• Material & equipment acquisition, project coordination, progress monitoring, site technical support and as-built preparation and submission.
• Site handover with Client
• Coordinate with subcon and customer for site installation work.
• Follow up with contractors and update the status to client and Project Manager

1) The Design Engineer (DE) shall be an engineer in the civil/structural discipline with educational qualifications recognised by the Professional Engineers

Board of Singapore,

2) with at least five (5) years in the design of geotechnical works for deep excavation projects of a similar size and complexity.

3) Familiar with submission procedures to BCA, LTA and other agencies.

4) Capable of drafting or BIM modeling using Autocad or equivalent software

5) Capable of using Plaxis, Staadpro, MS Office Words, EXCEL and VBA.

6) Familiar with local codes and Eurocode.

7) Familiar with LTA Civil Design Criteria and Materials & Workmanshop Specifications.

8) 44 hours work week, including alternate Saturday.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup and commissioning of test processes and machinery for new devices, ensuring equipment is fully operational and meets testing requirements.
• Optimize and maintain testing machines during the engineering phase to ensure efficient and accurate test execution.
• Analyze test results and perform post-build activities such as failure analysis and corrective actions (FACA) to address yield loss and improve processes.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to develop and deliver testing solutions for new optical modules during the engineering phase, particularly for small-scale production.
• Provide technical support in the development and refinement of test procedures, continuously improving testing methodologies and equipment.
• Ensure regular maintenance, calibration, and repair schedules are followed to maintain high performance and minimal downtime of test equipment.
• Generate clear and concise reports on test results, findings, and recommendations for process improvement.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a Test Engineer role or a similar position, with a focus on optical modules or related technologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in functionality testing of optical devices, such as cameras, projectors, range finders, flashlights, and proximity sensors.
• Proven ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot test machines, with experience in tooling and configuring machines for new device testing.
• Familiarity with automated test equipment (ATE) and test software, including the ability to develop and refine testing processes.
• Proficiency in analyzing test data, conducting failure analysis, and applying corrective actions to improve yield and product quality.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis tools and techniques for data interpretation.
• Knowledge of FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
