Job Responsibilities

• Administer all aspects of account management for applications, including but not limited to:
• Windows Active Directory
• Entra ID/Azure AD
• Clinical System
• Finance ERP System
• Biomedical System
• CRM System
• IRIS System
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for all access creations, modifications, and deletions.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for account management processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding).
• Manage the User Access Matrix, ensuring its accuracy and liaising with stakeholders to validate it.
• Conduct regular User Access Matrix reviews with stakeholders.
• Adhere to SOPs for all account management procedures.
• Assist in account and access management audits by providing supporting documentation and audit log tracing.
• Perform bi-annual access reviews for various systems.
• Troubleshoot permission issues for systems and escalate to system owners when necessary.
• Handle other ad-hoc duties and IT administrative tasks as required.

Job Title: Systems Engineer for Managed IT Server Management Services

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain, monitor, and administer all aspects of NKF Server Infrastructure.
• Act as the point of contact for Level 2 escalation for Server Infrastructure.
• Manage all aspects of Active Directory Domain Services.
• Manage all service requests from internal customers (NKF Application Team, respective stakeholders, etc.).
• Manage all Microsoft 365 Suite applications including but not limited to:
• Microsoft Exchange Online
• Microsoft SharePoint Online
• Entra ID
• Microsoft Teams
• Manage NKF Server Virtualisation Infrastructure:
• Provisioning and decommissioning of virtual machines.
• Fine-tuning and modification of virtual machines.
• Manage DR replication.
• Manage file share services:
• Distributed File System
• Network Attached Storage (NAS)
• SFTP services
• Manage backup services:
• Daily monitoring/tracking of backup job status.
• Update daily checklist and submit for review.
• Troubleshooting of backup job errors and timely follow-up for resolution.
• Backup job configuration and modification according to backup policy.
• Perform routine restoration testing from tape and/or disk.
• Manage restoration test results and prepare Backup Restoration Reports for review.
• Manage tape rotation and weekly dispatch to offsite storage.
• Manage Print services for HQ and offsite offices.
• Manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution:
• Maintain overall PAM solution.
• Configure and maintain privileged secrets.
• Ensure compliance (secret rotation, heartbeat, password compliance, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and liaise with vendors as required.
• Patch management for the solution.
• Manage secret access approval workflow in conjunction with ticketing system approval.
• Patch Management for NKF Server Infrastructure:
• Maintain patch schedule and inform respective stakeholders.
• Execute monthly/quarterly patches during non-operation hours.
• Ensure patches are tested in UAT/DEV environments before staging to production.
• Maintain OS security patches, firmware, and third-party software patches.
• Maintain server inventory list and software inventory list.
• Maintain proper documentation of all services related to server infrastructure.
• Manage OS-level firewall/micro-segmentation solutions.
• Manage anti-malware solution for server infrastructure.
• Manage vulnerability mitigations for server infrastructure.
• Assist NKF IT Security team in incident investigations and ensure proper resolution.
• Assist in managing all NKF Cloud Infrastructure.
• Update management monthly report on server infrastructure statistics.
• Provide support for NKF IT Projects.
• Act as a cover for Managed IT Account Management duties.
• Provide remote session support for external vendors where required.
• Manage and execute annual Disaster Recovery exercises.
• Manage Business Continuity Plan components and procedures.
• Assist in all IT audits.
• Conduct yearly/bi-yearly access reviews for all systems.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and IT administrative tasks.

IT Server Management Team Requirements:

• Intermediate level knowledge in managing Microsoft Active Directory Services.
• Intermediate troubleshooting/root cause analysis skills.
• Intermediate communication skills, willingness to approach respective stakeholders.
• Intermediate knowledge in managing backup solutions.
• Basic knowledge of DR and BCP.
• Must be meticulous in their work.
• Required to provide ad-hoc support after office hours (man-day rate basis).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in managing Microsoft 365 Suite.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in managing server virtualisation solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build data pipelines infrastructure to collect, process and store data from various sources.
• Develop data assets platform to provide a centralized repository for managing and accessing data assets.
• Implement automated SQL queries based on user-defined criteria or business requirements.
• Use techniques like query templates, metadata-driven generation, or machine learning algorithms to generate SQL queries.
• Create new IPs in Singapore in area of expertise.
• Manage collaboration projects with Institute of Higher Learning or Research Institutes on new technology development.

Requirements:

• Degree / Masters / PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics Applied Sciences or related field.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Java or Scala programming languages.
• Understand data warehousing concepts, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools like Informatica, Talend, or Airflow.
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Familiar with Apache Airflow, Kubernetes or Ansible for automating data pipelines and infrastructure.
