The Responsible of Sourcing Specialist are:

• Responsible for tactical sourcing of new parts to new and existing approved vendor list suppliers
• Responsible for price analysis and lead time negotiation with new suppliers

Job Duties

• Overseeing customer’s requirements and work closely with customers' IT vendors and maintenance support vendors

Job Description

• System configuration, Testing & Commissioning for Pro-Audio solution for large Venue and corporate meeting room that need integration with other Audio Visual and Videoconferencing solution.
• Conduct end user trainings to end users on how to use the Solution(s) implemented.
• Work closely from different manufactures like Martin Audio, EV, D&B, BOSE, Samsung, Crestron, Extron, Poly, Logitech, etc to implement full integrated solutions for venues like meeting room, lecture room, experience centre, command centre, auditorium, ballroom, etc.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 2 years of experience in system configuration for AV Solution - Pro Audio Solution

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Experience in Project Management, IT Systems Deployment, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Networking and Windows OS.
• Knowledge in any of the following areas is a plus: Cybersecurity, SQL management studio, vulnerability assessment, Windows patching, or software development.
• Experience with access control systems (e.g., key management, CCTV, card reader, or gantry).

Responsible of Electrical Engineer:

• Resolve plant faults by performing troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis.
• Implement approved plant improvement projects and generate technical specifications for equipment parts and work services. Initiate requisitions when necessary.
• Conduct scheduled plant inspections based on the maintenance regime and carry out plant maintenance activities.
• Supervise maintenance contract works and develop work procedures for all maintenance tasks.
