• Serve as a point of escalation for the Network Operations team, providing expert-level support and troubleshooting assistance.

Experience required:

• Experience with DDI solutions, strong preference for Bluecat or alternatively Infoblox.
• Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management principles and protocols.
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting IPAM products in a large scale environment.
• Strong understanding of NTP and PTP
• Exhibit robust comprehension of change management principles.
