Reporting directly to the head of IT infrastructure, your responsibility includes:

• Ensuring smooth delivery of IT network (LAN,WAN, SD WAN) services, ensuring that internal SLA has been met
• Managing external vendors for smooth delivery of Infrastructure services, ensuring external SLA has been met
• Ensure infrastructure changes, authorization request and bug fixes are applied by vendors as per business requirements without disruption of service, in compliance with defined IT policies and procedure
• Designing network Blueprint and roadmaps.

Skills and experience required

Job requirements

• Strong in problem solving multi-tasking, systematic and organised

As the Senior Manager of AI Network Infrastructure at Firmus, you will lead a specialised network team while also contributing directly to the design and implementation of highly scalable physical networks for AI systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small, specialised team of network engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Network Design & Implementation: Architect and build highly scalable physical networks optimised for AI workloads, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability. Being physically present on-site for key deployments and commissioning as resident expert is a requirement of this role.
