Job Description:
• Generating new customers base & maintaining relationship with existing customers
• Proactively identifying new business opportunities, developing, negotiating and closing commercial deals with customers

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Expertise in either soldering, pumps, valves or strong knowledge in Microelectronics
• Able to perform circuit board repair and component level troubleshooting skills
• Resourceful and has initiative
• Working experience in front end semiconductor industry would be advantageous

Role & Responsibilities

• · Create weekly performance reports.
• · Research the latest technology trends and assist in developing new products.
• · Develop relationships with clients.
• · Provide client support concerning any issues or questions about the products.
• · Help ensure client retention and satisfaction.
• · Update internal teams with product status presentations.
• · Discover cross-selling opportunities while reviewing customers’ design needs.
• · Acquire robust technical knowledge of all products and specifications.
• · Provide sales engineering support on products and services as needed.
• · Explain products and assess customers' new equipment, products, or services needs.
