Reporting to the Head of Technology, the IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager will oversee the school's IT infrastructure, network services, and desktop support operations. This individual will ensure a secure, reliable, and high-performing technology environment that supports the educational, administrative, and extracurricular needs of students, faculty, and staff. Infrastructure Management and Operations

• Design, implement, and maintain the school's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, and wireless access points across multiple campuses.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Enterprise Risk Management Team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in upgrading and maintaining our risk management systems while ensuring accurate and timely risk reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute accurate risk reports covering financial risk areas (Market, Liquidity, and Credit Risk).
• Enhance local risk reporting to meet evolving risk management needs.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams to improve existing risk management reporting systems and integrate new products.
• Ensure IT solutions adhere to risk management standards.
• Work with IT and support teams to address and resolve daily operational issues.
• Represents ERM team to upstream IT during new system development, ensuring clear communication of risk user requirements and rigorous verification of delivery quality.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in finance, computational science, or a related field.
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in technical and risk management roles.
• Strong skills in programming, database, and Business Intelligence (BI).
• Excellent ability to translate business requirements into IT specifications.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
