* As a key member of the IT Team, the candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining and

* optimizing infrastructure systems across multiple locations, locally and overseas.

Responsibilities:

* Administer and configure infrastructure systems and applications (e.g. Active

* Directory Services, Data Centre, video conferencing, audio system, telephony, server

* storage, backup, etc.), network devices (Firewall, routers, VPN, internet proxy,

* wireless, etc.), desktop, mobile devices and other remote devices.

* Ensure systems are backed up automatically, recovery plans and disaster recovery

* plans and patches are carried out successfully and monitor the systems’ resources

* usage closely.

* Liaise with external vendors to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met.

* Draft and update technical documentation such as administration & user guides.

* Requirements:

Role Summary

You will be responsible for successful customers’ product full lifecycle, including but not limited to, technology transfers, new products introduction, device performance, yield, and reliability of our advanced technologies

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge for successful new products qualification and technology transfers from motherfab
• Complex data analysis to identify process design weaknesses and/or manufacturing tool issues.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

• Provide after-sales product and technical support - engaging with customers, clarification meetings, supporting 3rd party events.
