Job Objectives

Functionally reports to the Service Build Engineering Lead under Group Infrastructure Platform Services, the role will be responsible for cross team coordination and implementation to support the successful delivery of VMware Infrastructure Build to internal banking customers.

This role will support and collaborate with Design, Planning, Domain architect, application, and Development teams to ensure VMware infra build timeline and requirements are complete, and in accordance with standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficient in deploying, configuring, and managing VMware vSphere environments.
• Proven experience in planning and executing hardware migrations, including assessing current infrastructure, developing migration strategies, and implementing new hardware.
• Expertise in configuring and managing storage systems (SAN, NAS) within a VMware environment, including data migration between storage arrays.
• Co-Ordinate / Support datacenter operations i.e Hardware movements, Cabling requests, storage assignment and so on in accordance with policies.

Key Requirements:
