Responsibilities:

• Manage configuration, testing, and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and servers, Windows, MS O365 and antivirus.
• Network Maintenance and Support: Perform routine maintenance tasks on network devices, including firmware updates, patches, and configurations. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Monitor network performance and proactively address bottlenecks or anomalies.
• Firewall Management: Configure, manage, and maintain Check Point firewalls to ensure network security.
• Implement and maintain firewall policies to control traffic and protect against threats.
• Switch Management: Configure and manage Cisco switches, ensuring optimal performance and network segmentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
• IT Projects: To participate in various related projects such as machine/hardware refresh and software refresh and improvement work, replacement works or new implementation initiatives.
• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Configure, manage, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent.
• 3 years of relevant IT experience with hands on experience in servers and networks.
• Hands-on experience in network equipment vendors such as Cisco, Aruba.
• Hands-on experience on administrating on premise’s Windows Server and Linux Operating System, VMWare vSphere and Hyper-V.
• Hands-on experience on administrating Microsoft 365 cloud technologies such as Exchange Online, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Intune.
• Hand-on experience with implementing and configuring Azure & Amazon Web Services cloud technologies.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certification will be added advantage.
• Be able to work independently and in a team.

We’re searching for a MECHANICAL ENGINEER/ SENIOR ENGINEER to be part of our FACILITIES DEPARTMENT diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for HVAC systems, Clean Room, Building services and maintenance.

What you will be working on:

• To provide facilities support pertaining to Clean Room, Chillers and HVAC systems, Environmental Protection Systems, Process Utilities Supply Systems, Building Services and Maintenance, and other miscellaneous mechanical and facilities systems to wafer fabrication so as to ensure continuous supply of utilities and related facilities at the required performance level or specifications
• Formulate, implement, review and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs for systems in charge so as to ensure that the systems function as intended at all times
• Carry out repair and troubleshooting of systems in order to restore systems to their operating conditions in the shortest possible time. Carry out root cause analysis and implement action plans to prevent recurrence
• Able to formulate effective reporting and tracking systems for monitoring of system performance and capacity usage. Recommend and implement improvement/enhancement projects where appropriate.
• Formulate, implement, review and improve operating procedures so as to ensure optimum operation of systems
• Monitor and review utility consumptions and work with users to implement projects to reduce the consumption where possible
• Knowledge of all relevant standards, legislations, codes of practice etc and ensure their compliance
• Provide guidance and training on the systems in charge to fellow colleagues so as ensure adequate working knowledge and system backup
• Ensure plant histories, drawings, data and other appropriate documentations are being generated and properly filed for future reference and review.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate spares, consumables and other resources necessary for the day-to-day operation of the systems.
• Conduct project supervisions.

More About You:

• Master / Degree in Science, Mechanical Engineering, Building or equivalent. Preferred candidate with SCEM certification.
• 5 years of relevant working experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical or petrochemical industry. Hands-on experience in day to day operation and maintenance essential.
• Experienced in managing cleanroom (Class 100 environment) systems
• Person shall act as SME for ACMV system. Person must have sound knowledge of operation and maintenance of Clean room areas and ACMV system
• Provide building services and maintenance, including building facilities repair and upgrading, housekeeping, landscaping and pest control.
• Knowledge of maintenance principles and good engineering practices.

Electrical PLC Engineer

1. Experienced Electrical Design Engineer For HVAC System

3. Complete project independently from Receive Project’s specification, Design, Issue and submit drawing, Update the comments from client, FAT, SAT.
4. Issue Wiring Diagram & Termination Drawing for HVAC Control Panel, Include Chiller Unit, Air Condenser Unit, AHU, Cold Room Provision Plant by use Auto Cad software.
5. Issue Documentation for Electrical & Instruments. Include Block Diagram, Control Philosophy, Cause & Effect Control Philosophy, Power Loading List, FAT testing procedure, Control Panel General Arrangement Drawing, Junction Box Drawing.
6. Choose electrical element and Instrument based on project requirement.
7. Use Siemens S7-400 PLC to do the HVAC System PLC program. Experience in CPU Redundancy, Modbus Communication Redundancy.
8. Use S7-1200 PLC to do the HVAC Control System PLC program
9. Use Siemens HMI software to do the Touch Screen Program.
10. Fully understood HVAC System D & ID, P & ID.
11. Marine and Offshore commissioning experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist/support Topsides Engineering Project Manager in managing engineering work including engineering deliverables, man-hour and schedule control, mainly in multi-disciplinary topsides design related activities and to ensure work performed on the project is in accordance with company quality, systems and safety requirements;
• Understand the contract and scope of work for topsides with sub-contractor;
• Prepares key project documentation as per project specification requirements;
• Manages project topsides related drawings and controls technical documentation across disciplines;
• Prepares schedule, pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project topsides design, ensuring all activities are kept within the project budget;
• Assist topsides EPM in organizing regular inter-discipline review meetings and interface checks.
• Participates in project meeting, reports on the project status and attends to basic technical queries and issues including reviewing the performance of vendors/ subcontractors in the project
• Liaises with customers, topsides design sub-contractor, vendors, consultants and cross-functional team to coordinate project plan and handles technical issues in order to meet the project schedule
• Assist topsides EPM to ensure Design Reviews conducted with appropriate attendees and manage the action register to monitor the close-out of identified action items.
• Support topsides EPM in identifying dependencies and obtaining alignment with project stakeholders to ensure safety and quality are not sacrificed in the effort to meet the project schedule.
• Collates project documentation and database from the project for submission and retention, as required and compiles the records from current and past projects as lessons learnt
• Review & comment the activities & deliverables list from each discipline, mainly the topsides design related activities & deliverables;
• Lead & co-ordinate between Hull’s Team, topside lead designers from every discipline, external design house (when applicable) & client (when applicable) to define the boundary for each module and boundary between topside & hull;
• Co-ordinate between discipline to utilize the shared license based-on work priority;
• Monitor & control the topsides design manhours based-on the available budget allocated by commercial team or as defined by discipline Lead Designer;
• Record & follow-up all the topsides design pending issues / problems highlighted by Lead Designers from every discipline, and report to Topsides Engineering Manager;
• Expedite the information required by each discipline prior to start & complete the topsides design works;
• Monitor 3D model clashing issues with other discipline;
• Prepare Weekly Report related to Overall topsides design Progress, Area of Concern, Pending Items, Clashes Register, Interface Register, Down Time Register, Available Resources against Planned Resources, Manhour Usage against Planned Manhour, etc & Action Plan & submit to Topsides Engineering Manager/Engineering Project Manager & GM;
• Lead topsides design review activities either internally with other discipline or externally with other parties (include client);
• Initiate, organize, participate, record & file the minutes of meeting with external parties (include client) for topsides design related activities;
• Prepare, update & monitor the topsides design Punch List & Hold List on weekly basis, especially related to external parties (include client);
• Support Project Planner in preparation of monthly or weekly report to client related to topsides design progress & status;
• Support Topsides Engineering Manager/Engineering Project Manager & commercial team for VO related to topsides design;
• Responsible for ensuring that all topsides design activities meet work scope & comply with Project Quality Plan.
• Liaises with Construction & Commissioning Team to ensure topsides design activities are in-line with Area or System Completion Priority.
• Understand and monitor all interfaces with Class Society (if topside is classed) / other regulatory bodies and Clients to ensure requirements are properly addressed and relevant documents are reviewed timely.
• Assist topsides EPM in preparing project close-out, including as-built documentation and engineering close-out reports.
• Tack and coordinate changes with Discipline Leads ensuring team members follow the management of change process (MOC); ensure recorded changes are followed through.
• Proactively identify and monitor areas likely to change to reduce the “surprise” element, added costs and delays to project.
• Coordinate the interfaces with subcontractors and third party consultants and ensure all changes are captured through MOC process

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering;
• Minzmum 10 years working experience in offshore oil and gas project managing topsides design works;
• Able to liaise with internal and external parties;
• Able to comprehend the strategies, work methods, processes and systems in overall project execution and engineering execution of topsides design;
• Highly competent interpersonal and influencing skills to tactfully and diplomatically manage ambiguity, conflict and uncertainty in a culturally diverse environment.
• High awareness of safe working practices associated with design, construction, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning of an oil and gas facilities.
