• The Candidate shall possess at least a Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
• The Candidate must possess a minimum of FIVE (5) years’ professional experience in the IT or Infocomm industry.
• The experience shall emphasize on operational support and maintenance activities. The Candidate shall have at least FIVE (5) years of working experience in Singapore and proficiency in the maintenance of web applications.
• This includes expertise in both system administration and operational support aspects. The Candidate must possess experience in supporting government projects and applications.
• They shall be proficient in providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for applications, demonstrating the ability to perform the following activities:
• Grants and reactivate access rights for user accounts via requests raised in a ticketing system. Assist with system testing and verifications following infrastructure changes and system patches.
• Liaise and follow up with external vendors on Level 2/3 support for troubleshooting issues/incidents and software development for change requests.
• Ensure all reported incident tickets and service requests meet the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Perform maintenance tasks and documentation reports in periodic and/or unplanned manners (ad-hoc requests), as follows:
• Generate reports for user access, application reviews, and other statistics purposes
• Perform User management and KPI management tasks.
• Prepare production deployment for bug fixes and system enhancements.
• Monitor schedule jobs / interfaces and follow up with remedy actions when necessary.
• Conduct housekeeping of system logs and project documents when necessary.
• Transcode files (e.g. media, document, etc.) for applications and servers.
