I- Basic Function/General Scope of Work

The position takes overall responsibility of project management for all aspects (contract, commercial and technical) of the projects assigned. The position works closely with Project Manager so as to complete and achieve the projects’ objectives/ metrics as planned.

II- Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Conducts site inspection, collects the data and transfers the information to design team to prepare drawings.

III- Qualifications & Compentencies

The incumbent should possess:-

1- a degree in Engineering is required/preferred.

2- a minimum 3 years of Project Management knowledge, skills, experience.

• Strong knowledge on various design patterns

Job Description & Requirements

• Conduct Geotechnical Analysis, Soil Classification, Data analysis and interpretation of instrumentation works Submit progress/ technical reports and assessment on geotechnical issues on site.
• Responsible for all on-site geotechnical and engineering issues pertaining to site matters.

What will you be doing?

As a Senior Service Engineer, you provide Level 1 and Level 2 Support to existing clients, serve as a primary contact to identify, troubleshoot and to provide resolutions to the reported issues. Your job is to work closely with R&D Team by conducting preliminary investigations i.e., replicating the reported issues raised and communicate to the support software engineers and Quality assurance engineers of your findings to facilitate in bug fixing.
