The successful candidate will play an integral role within the IT Service Management Ops leadership team. •Proven proficiency in utilizing Agile methodologies for operations management.

Responsibilities:

Lead Month End Close Process:

• Analyze the P&L and follow up with stakeholders to ensure all accrual entries are accurately stated and completed
• Summarize and present month end P&L results, including variance analysis to management
• Collaborate with the outsourcing team (RAS team) to ensure month end close process is completed timely and with accuracy

Lead Forecasting and Budgeting Process:

• Leverage the Asia Forecasting and Budgeting models for ASEAN
• Partner with stakeholders to gain insights and achieve forecast and budget accuracy
• Summarize and present monthly forecast and annual budget numbers, including variance analysis to management

Systems, Tools and Processes:
