Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Operations Manager to join our team. This role involves multifaceted responsibilities encompassing administration, accounting, marketing, and a strong understanding of government MOM (Ministry of Manpower) procedures and application processes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Manage accounting tasks, including financial records and budgeting.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and market reach.
- Proficiency in understanding and navigating government MOM procedures and application processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in administrative, accounting, and marketing roles.
- Familiarity with the design and application processes relevant to MOM and ICA.
- Fluent in Chinese and English languages.
- Proficiency in financial management software and marketing tools.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
