Job Position: Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Project Manager with a background in fashion to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in project management within the fashion industry, as well as a strong ability to oversee the execution of projects from start to finish. This role also requires public relations (PR) skills to manage external communications, press relations, and brand image. The ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners (including influencers and media) is essential. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (both spoken and written) is required for effective communication with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
  Lead and manage the execution of fashion-related projects from initiation to completion. Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and operations.
• Campaign Coordination:
  Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Collaborate with external PR agencies to ensure a unified and consistent brand voice across all channels.
• Brand Image & Reputation Management:
  Oversee the brand’s public image, ensuring it aligns with company values and resonates with the target audience. Address any PR challenges or issues that arise and maintain a positive brand perception.
• Team Collaboration:
  Work closely with design, product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. Coordinate efforts to ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Event Management:
  Plan and manage product launches, media events, or influencer engagements. Oversee logistics, communications, and promotional strategies for each event to maximize brand exposure.
• Bilingual Communication:
  Communicate fluently in both English and Chinese with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. This includes creating content for press releases, social media, and other promotional materials.
• Reporting & Analytics:
  Track the progress of projects and provide regular updates to senior management. Analyze project outcomes and PR campaigns to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, with exposure to PR, marketing, or fashion industry-related projects. Experience with managing PR campaigns and handling media relations is a must.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written) in English and Chinese.
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including journalists, influencers, and media outlets.
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry and an understanding of current trends.

• Education:

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans;

- Develop and implement strategies to bring in new business;

Requirements :

- Diploma or Degree in any field;

- At least 2 or 3 years of corporate sales experience/ project management;
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

Responsibilities:

- To attend and handle all customers’ feedback/requests/complaints effectively & escalate report to superior accordingly

- To maintain proper and traceable documentation with proper filing index

- To prepare and follow up on DO, PO, Quotations and project progressive claims and its certification.

- Procurement with sourcing good suppliers both locally and globally, negotiations and inventory management.

- Manpower allocation and scheduling of maintence servicing periodically

- Liase with clients/maincontractor for necessary training/induction arrangement.

- Follow up and process service reports

- Adminstration in accordance with company's policies, compliances, SOPs and best practices

- Accounting knowledge such as AP/AR and full set would be an advantage.

- To generate reports for Finance Department

- To cooperate with other departments effectively

- To take up other ad-hoc/additional duties as required to meet department needs

Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other revelant studies

· Willing to work in a SME environment

· Able to work independently with little supervision, meticulous, multi-tasking, hardworking, possess full initiative & commitment in daily role and flexibility in problem solving

· Good negotiation skills

· Proficient in computer software such as MS Office, Accounting software (Xero) and CRM software

· Able to start within short notice or immediate will be an advantage

· Bilingual in English & Mandarin, good written English & Chinese preferred.

Job Summary

• This role oversees Product Management to achieve sales, profitability, and sustainability goals. It ensures the implementation of professional business practices within the Textile Product Genre and drives marketing activities through research, strategic planning, and execution.
• The position requires a strategic approach and effective management to oversee product lifecycles, enhance business performance, and uphold high standards across all operations.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage Product Management to effectively ensure achievement of the Business Plan/Set Target objective in terms of sales, profitability, and sustainability.
• Adhere and set systems to ensure a professional approach to the entire business activities focusing on the Textile Product Genre.
