The Institute for Adult Learning (IAL), an autonomous institute of the Singapore University of Social Sciences, is at the forefront of building capabilities and continuing professional development for an effective, innovative, and responsive TAE sector. Centre for Workplace and Learning Innovation (CWLI), a division under IAL, leads the learning innovation with and for the Training and Adult Education (TAE) sector through programmes and initiatives. The Centre’s objective is to advance the development, proliferation and adoption of proven innovative learning solutions. CWLI is made up of 4 teams – (i) Innovation Programmes, (ii) Exploration and Development, (iii) Business and Support Services and (iv) Workplace Learning & Solutioning.

About The Job

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Innovation Programmes, the position works with the various Programme Managers (PMs) in meeting the centre’s objectives to advance the development, proliferation, and adoption of proven innovative learning solutions. The appointee will be part of the team to conduct evaluation of grant proposals to ascertain their innovation value and eligibility for funding support. The appointee will develop and implement the innovation sandbox and go-to-market strategy for proven Minimum Marketable Product (MMP) learning solutions that could lead to their readiness and acceptability for wider adoption in the larger learning and development community. The appointee will be responsible for developing and sustaining a strong pipeline of contents for the innovation microsite as part of providing resources to support such wider adoption. The appointee should therefore be familiar with the training and adult education landscape and is adept at leveraging market and business-related research studies to support adoption efforts. The appointee is expected to work effectively cross teams and collaborate to synergise the different programmes to better achieve intended outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

Key activities related to these responsibilities include:

• Work with programme managers to strategise, develop and implement plans to proliferate adoption of proven learning innovations.
• Contribute to developing new programmes and improving the centre’s programme(s).
• Engage organisations to interest them in embarking on innovation efforts and onboard them by providing them with the necessary support and advise to help them achieve their innovation objectives.
• Provide advisory services and support to enterprises on how learning technology can fuse with pedagogical knowledge.
• Provide advisory services and support to enterprises interested in adopting promising innovations and ensuring successful adoption(s).
• Participate in the evaluation of submissions to the innovation grants
• Participate in the evaluation of outcomes and impact at the end of individual projects.
• Additional duties may be assigned, and functions may be modified, according to business needs and industry developments.

Job Requirements

• A master's or bachelor’s degree, preferably in the Social Sciences, innovation and/or business management, education technology, or learning sciences.
• Minimally 5-8 years of working experience in education and adult learning and training sectors; or a related role in Business Development / Corporate Development / Strategic Planning with good experience in market research, project and contract management. Any combination of these areas is a strong plus.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, possessing strong communication skills (written and verbal) to engage and influence stakeholders of all levels of seniority.
• Possess prior experience in the Training and Adult Education (TAE) sector is highly preferred.
• Possess experience in facilitating and enabling commercialisation of products and services.
• Display strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to prepare effective presentation materials for senior management on deals.
• Demonstrate strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect the dots to develop a deeper appreciation of current and emerging key issues and exercising good judgement to provide sound recommendations.
• Possess an ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Demonstrate an ability in meeting deadlines and delivering on KPIs.
• The successful appointee will be based in IAL Campus located at Lifelong Learning Institute next to Paya Lebar MRT station.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conversion-Driven Social Media Strategy

• Develop and execute social media strategies that drive traffic, increase sales, and convert followers into customers.

4. Social Media Advertising and Campaign Optimization

• Plan, create, and manage paid social media campaigns to generate leads and increase sales.

• Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet and exceed sales objectives.

5. Lead Management and Sales Support

• Implement systems to track and follow up on leads generated through social media.
• Work with the sales team to refine lead management processes and improve conversion rates.
• Provide insights from social media engagement to improve products and services.

6. Trend Monitoring and Strategic Adjustments

• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Adapt strategies based on changing trends and user behaviors to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
• Introduce innovative methods and tools to enhance engagement and drive sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in social media marketing, driving conversions and sales.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, etc.), with experience in community management and customer engagement.
• Proficient in social media tools, analytics, and video editing software (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
• Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills to craft compelling content and optimize campaigns.

Build up the Training Strategy

• Designing and implementing training programs according to the needs of the company.
• Conducting research on training methods and best practices in order to create new training programs.
• Preparing reports on training needs and progress in order to inform management decisions.
• Conducting approved leadership or workshops on topics not limited to conflict resolution or effective communication skills.
• Providing project management for organization-wide projects/initiatives as required, facilitating team efforts and helping to define project goals, timelines, resource requirements and planning to cope with challenges and conflicts.
• Driving training marketing communication ensuring a strong learning culture is nurtured.
• Provide value-adding support to division heads in developing our talents.
• Assist with Talent Management, Succession Planning
• Manage and execute Employee Survey and Action Plan.
• Develop, review and update learning & development policies (if any)
• Market research, training vendors’ evaluation and customization.
• Designing and development of training interventions to address L&D needs.
• Develop Training Calendar, communication plan and manage training budget.
• Manage the learning app (Atiome) for staff and implement new initiatives to the app. To create content and hype for the application.

Training Facilitation

• Conduct orientation programmes for new hires and any related training programmes for staff.
• Conceptualize and implement the collection and analysis of evaluation data pertaining to learners’ behaviour e.g. learning preferences for topics, time of learning etc. for decision making impacting learning design.
• Implement Modular Training Framework for Staff by consulting with stakeholders on the creation and maintenance of Learning Pathways and Learning Management system (LMS).
• Conceptualize and operationalize the Organizational Leadership Framework.
• Monitor and follow up on training evaluation and feedback through various channels to measure, track and enhance training quality and effectiveness.
• Perform data analytics and reporting on training enrolments, operations and other activities.
• Implement process/continuous improvements using automation tools, through reviewing job redesign, implementation of self-service capability, etc to enhance work efficiency and productivity of the company.
• Develop and implement learning content and materials.
• Perform learning evaluation, data analysis and develop learning reports on a regular basis.
• Support the planning and execution of new learning implementation & initiatives.

Build Employer Branding

• Manage graduate trainee/ relevant programmes with local or overseas institution.
• Establish and build relationship and rapport to internal and external stakeholders and institutions to build company's presence in Singapore.
• Support recruitment and build employer branding.

Training Administration and others

• Manage and support not limited to sourcing for vendors/programs, procuring the programs, managing all staff course enrolments, handling exceptions, liaising with internal and external training providers on training design, evaluating training contents, customizing and developing training programs, materials, etc, and making logistics and other arrangements.
• Facilitate any training grants and funding and absentees payroll.
• Ensure learning records are accurately maintained and updated in the system.
• Oversee and ensure proper documentation and content and vendor management.
• Maintain records, documentation and database for programmes/initiatives.
• Assist in company events & handle logistic arrangements.
• Manage employee engagement calendar and corporate events
• Support any training related initiatives and projects.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related / similar discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant L&D experience, along with experience in conceptualizing and implementing leadership and talent development framework.
• Good communication skills, able to do stand-up training delivery and content development
• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
• Experience in project management and budgeting
• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

The project manager is overall responsible for planning and to oversee the entire project from inception to completion by ensuring the necessary co-ordination with various stakeholders.

This includes also maintaining and forecasting project budgets to closing the final account.

• Able to handle design for ACMV works
• Attend relevant meeting and make sure coordination on-site goes well
• Liaise with internal and external project stakeholders, like main-contractors or owners and sub-contractors, safety departments as well as complying to BCA / MOM regulations.
• To be responsible for gathering at least 3 different quotations from vendors for each project.
• Able to come up the project schedule showing the key milestones, progress and developments and ensuring that it is completed in good time.
• Provide effective leadership to project team by efficiently delegating tasks and resources to achieve completion.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients, consultants and building owners.
• Provide overall project management administration duties - planning, managing submissions, reporting & attending client and subcontractor meetings
• To be competent in overseeing site installation including but not limited to manpower allocation, problem solving, coordination with other trades and to attneding client FAT, SAT, T&C. Also to manage HSE & safety requirements
• Assist in on tendering & quotation for projects

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical (Mechatronics) engineering or other related studies.
• At least 5 years project management experience in Construction industry.
• Project experience in multiple trades is advantageous
• To be fluent in ACMV knowledge & installation - CHWP, VRV, VRF systems.
• Driving license and own transport preferred.

Description:

-Executing the company’s digital marketing campaigns. He/she is involved throughout the campaign ideation, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimization process. It is therefore essential that he/she has hands-on experience using various digital marketing platforms.

-The Digital Marketing Executive works closely with the internal marketing team and/or digital agencies to achieve specific company objectives set by the Head of Marketing such as; increasing digital sales, lead generation, brand engagement, and conversions.

Job Requirements:

· Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy
· Optimize web pages such as the homepage, landing pages, product pages (on-page SEO) in terms of improving content quality, keyword optimization, and user experience to boost organic search rankings
· Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile etc)
· Conduct regular technical SEO audits and *generate report* and work with the web development team to fix technical website issues
· Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, new SEO tools and best white hat practices.
· Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
· Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
· Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
· Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms

Fully responsible for the day to day operation of building.

Coordinate all maintenacne and administrative staff assigned to the building.

Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidary proprietors.

Coordinate personnel of providing maintenance, finance, security, fire safety and car park management.

Ensure all contract works / rountine servicing are carried out accordingly as specified in their contracts agreement.

Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender.

Co-ordinate council meetings and general meeetings.

• Oversee the execution of sub-contractor agreements, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget.
• Monitor sub-contractor performance, including progress reports, quality of work, and contractual obligations compliance.
• Implement effective cost control measures, identifying and managing contract variations or claims, Generate RFQ, check subcontract draft bill,

• Maintain strong communication channels with sub-contractors and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Manage risk, ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Specification:

Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in managing sub-contractors for large-scale construction, engineering, or EPC projects.
