This role reports to the director. A few of the tasks associated with your role will include business development, part of the target client's business strategy. procuring fresh initiatives. Management of a client portfolio and flow for projects. Adhering strictly to all applicable laws, regulations, and business norms.
Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
1. Gain knowledge through dialogue and practical experience to take an active role in the approach to strategic planning.
2. Learn sales strategy and negotiation skills.
3. Networking and growing clients step by step.
4. Organise and manage projects, establishing resource needs, budgets, and schedules.
5. Present to clients and speak to them effectively while using presentations.
Technical Skills and Competencies
1. Conduct negotiations to establish win-win outcomes for the organisation .
2. Develop business opportunities in target segments, review market needs and opportunities, and develop customer relationships .
3. Develop customer acquisition strategies as well as foster customer relationships to attract new customers.
4. Identify and establish industry stakeholder relationships at all levels of business operations to further the organisation’s strategies and objectives.
