Job Description: Fundraising Manager
Overview
Unlocking ADHD is a registered IPC charity focused on empowering individuals with ADHD and their families by providing accessible resources, community support, and professional intervention services. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fundraising Manager with a proven track record of exceeding fundraising targets in an IPC charity to drive our fundraising efforts and ensure financial sustainability.
Key responsibilities include:
· Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet and exceed annual revenue targets.
· Cultivate and steward relationships with existing donors, including corporate partners, individual philanthropists, and foundations.
· Research, write, and submit compelling grant proposals tailored to IPC charities, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
· Plan and execute impactful fundraising campaigns, appeals, and signature events to engage stakeholders and raise funds.
· Identify and build strategic partnerships with corporations, government agencies, and community organizations to secure sponsorships and in-kind contributions.
· Develop detailed impact reports to demonstrate the outcomes of donor contributions, ensuring accountability and encouraging continued support.
· Collaborate with board members, leadership, and volunteers to enhance fundraising efforts and support organizational goals.
· Oversee the fundraising budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies to maximize ROI and compliance with IPC regulations.
Requirements
· Familiarity with CRM systems for donor management and fundraising tracking.
The ideal candidate will have:
· At least 5 years of proven experience in fundraising, with a track record of exceeding annual revenue targets in an IPC charity.
· Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
· Strong understanding of fundraising principles and best practices for IPC charities.
· Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders.
· Exceptional grant writing and proposal development abilities.
· Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital fundraising platforms.
· Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strategic thinker with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
· Commitment to the mission and values of Unlocking ADHD.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in fundraising for organizations focused on mental health or neurodiversity.
· Familiarity with Singapore’s philanthropic landscape and IPC regulations.
