Role and team:

The Internal Audit Manager will lead audit projects, assess risks, evaluate internal controls, and spearhead Internal Audit representation across the APAC region. The candidate is required to have proven audit expertise with strong SAAS/ Technology business acumen to drive improvements in operational efficiency, compliance, and governance.

This position will be reporting to Director of Internal Audit based in the US HQ in Santa Clara.

This is a project manager and currently does not have people supervisory responsibilities.

Assurance Engagements

• Strengthen the ServiceNow’s internal control environment through assessing and evaluating internal controls over sales and marketing business functions(direct sales, sales operations, channel sales, services, revenue, marketing, sales commissions, etc.), including operational, financial and ABAC and other compliance areas
• Performs an internal audit annual risk assessment with ServiceNow’s APAC management team input to determine internal audit scope / plan for the period
• Perform internal audits of regional APAC business activities based on the internal audit plan

• Report to ARC Audit Team and regional APAC Leadership on internal audit results and findings

Governance and Advisory

• Assist and support regional stakeholders with internal control improvements in anticipation of external and internal audits
• Utilize data analysis to identify risks in business operations and audit response plans
• Monitor and follow up on audit findings, coordinating with departments to implement corrective actions on time, ensuring closed-loop internal control management
• Support internal control and compliance requirements during the expansion of new businesses or markets, ensuring operations adhere to industry regulations and local requirements
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies or external auditors, providing necessary support and documentation as needed
   

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the company functions in a legal and ethical manner while meeitng its business goals
• Responsible for carrying out internal audit and risk management programs, execution of company policies, and advising management on possible compliance risks
• Plan and execute internal audit activities such as operational and compliance audits
• Review integrity of operational data and compliance with established policies and procedures and / or applicable laws and regulations
• Identify internal control weaknesses, operational issues and business inefficiencies
• Recommend appropriate solutions that can address root causes and add-value to the Company based on best practices; follow-up on corrective actions
• Prepare clear and concise reports in English for all level of key stakeholders including senior management
• Prepare audit work papers to support audit test work and conclusions
• Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders
• Conduct special audits or ad-hoc projects as and when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or equivalent (e.g. ACCA or CA)
• Other professional certification (CIA/CISA or CFE) would be advantageous
• Minimum 3 years experience in internal audit, risk, compliance and governance role
• Exposure to regulatory requirements (financial reporting, tax, human resources, EHS) would be advantageous
• Experience with SAP would be advantageous
• A strong team player with an analytical/inquiring mind
• Independent, self-driven and pro-active attitude
• Willing to travel overseas to conduct audits or related activities (if required)

- Drive the compliance providing support to the management in order to ensure the adequacy, efficiency and effectiveness of the internal control. Recommend improvements to maximize business operations.

- Develop and maintain a strong connection with risk control, internal control, compliance experts in the oil & gas industrial, lubricant field and cooperate with relevant state and government requirements on the above-mentioned areas.

Qualifications：

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certification is preferred.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal control, compliance, audit roles, contract review and management, procurement and bidding or legal. Relevant experience in oil & gas industrial or lubricant field is preferred.

- Knowledge of laws, regulations in relation to the oil & gas industrial, lubricant field. Better understanding and utilization of internal control management system (e.g., COSO, ISO).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Bilingual proficiency is must, as the role requires communication with Chinese clients and headquarters.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The Audit and Projects Manager shall be responsible for ensuring the right level of internal control and driving process improvement projects within LFCS and LBeauty and managing the conduct of retail audits for perfumes and cosmetics brands across Southeast Asia.

1. Coordinate Internal Control self-assessment and action plans implementation

• Execute and coordinate yearly LVMH Enterprise Risk and Internal Control Assessment campaign. Perform test of design and review supporting documents submitted by process owners. Perform substantive tests to validate the accuracy of Test of Design assessment and to ensure alignment with the Group’s internal control expectations.
• Work with the process owners to design action plans to effectively address the gaps identified. Actively support local teams during implementation phases.

1. Implement internal controls on risk areas

• Conduct audit testing of potential risk areas and identify reportable issues.
• Actively participate in the drafting, development, and implementation of standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with LVMH policies and local laws to strengthen internal controls, and to promote standardization of processes.
• Review and approve the creation of new accounts, the assignment of roles and creation of new profiles in SAP. On an annual basis, review the roles assigned to all active users using the segregation of duties principle.
• Revise the Purchase Order validation workflows in SAP according to changes in the organization and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Conduct fraud investigations when a suspected or confirmed fraud case has been reported. Inform and alert the organization on fraud cases and fraud attempts.

1. Plan and supervise the execution of retail audits

• Plan an audit schedule through risk assessment of retail points of sale (POS) across Southeast Asia.
• Manage 1 Internal Control Assistant Manager in the execution of retail audits, ensuring compliance with SOP, retail guidelines, and alignment with LVMH control requirements.
• Ensure the main control gaps are identified, formulate recommendations and work with management to devise action plans to effectively address the gaps identified.
• Ensure effective communication of the results of the audits to local and regional Management through presentation and a comprehensive retail audit report.

JOB SUMMARY:

Manage the crewing function to identify, recruit, retain and develop a sustainable, compliant and cost effective crew pool.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES :

• Contacting ex-seafarer for redeployment
• Sourcing / recruiting / check & verify seafarers’ certificates and arranging for interviews of senior officers with the respective department heads
• Liaise with crew agents and port agents for crew joining/repatriation, including the booking of flight and visa / work permit application
• Checking & ensure seafarer’s certificates / medical check-up for compliance to Charterer’s requirements / matrix
• Checking of seafarer’s certificate authenticity with the relevant authority and application for Flag State license
• Proper maintaining & update seafarer files certificates / document’s expiry / SEA contract / crew appraisal / crew change plan
• Extension of crew’s entry pass and crew landing pass with the immigration authority
• Declaration of immigration clearances and outward port clearances
• Apply & update of crew article, including the crew sign-on/off
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior management on crewing matters and issues.
• Supervise / audit manning agencies to ensure Company requirements and policies are fulfilled.
• Monitoring and closing out of crew P&I costs and medical updates
• Obtain information and remain fully informed on local legal and regulatory requirements on topics that may affect crew members, including immigration rules and procedures, local social tax issues, and insurance matters.
• Member of the Shore Base Emergency Response Team to coordinate with ERT members local or overseas for medical arrangements and inform NOK as necessary.
• Undertake any other Adhoc duties/projects as assigned by Management/Company.
• Oversee and supervise peers on their daily tasks
• Prepare DOC audit under crewing elements

• Able to work in a fast pace environment & able to travel in short notice

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / ACCREDITIONS:

• Min Diploma / Degree in any field
• Relevant Experience in Crewing function in offshore company for at least 5 years
• Knowledge of STCW / MLC regulations is desirable
• Familiarity with flag state regulations for Malaysia and Singapore flagged vessels is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute strategic procurement and contract management support for all directly invested projects.
• Manage and oversee a team of Quantity Surveyors in tender preparation, submission, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Review cost assumptions for new projects.
• Support Risk Management by screening and strengthening contracts, procurement practices, and SOPs for joint-venture projects.
• Attach to project companies for short durations to provide procurement and contracts management support.
• Review project Procurement and Contracts Management Policies and Processes for compliance with Group policies.
• Oversee and resolve delayed and disputed costs, including variation claims.
• Develop and implement strategies for managing Extension of Time (EOT) claims, providing comprehensive support throughout the process.
• Provide assistance and guidance to other departments on procurement activities, ensuring compliance with the Group’s procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar capacity.
• Relevant experience in preparing Tenders for Building, Civil & Infrastructure, and interior design works across infrastructure, industrial, residential, and commercial projects.
• Familiarity with Contracts, Law, and local legal requirements, with strong contractual and pricing knowledge in Vietnam, Indonesia, and China being an advantage.
• Professional qualifications from recognized Quantity Surveying bodies (e.g., SISV, RICS, MRICS) are preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Open to candidates from Developer, Consultancy, or Contractor backgrounds.
• Regional exposure is a plus.
