Responsibilities

• Lead and spearhead Public/ Government Service business development activities

• Plan, develop, and implement policies and strategies for the organization's growth and diversification in the local market

• Drive efforts to expand market share within Singapore

• Conduct research and analysis of business opportunities, assess potential local markets, and develop projects for new marketing initiatives

• Evaluate projects through financial feasibility studies, market research, and planning

• Collaborate extensively with other departments on local projects and developments

• Provide strategic direction in business expansion based on a thorough understanding of business administration procedures and legal requirements

• Monitor the activities of external and internal parties to achieve business objectives

• Monitor relevant economic, financial, social, market, and administrative trends within Singapore

Requirements

• Knowledge in Accountancy, Business Administration, or equivalent

• Experienced in financial reporting, systems, and analysis

• Proficient in software tools and financial modeling; experience is an advantage

• Outgoing, independent, and possesses strong people skills

• Excellent presentation and writing skills

• More than 10 years of experience in management reporting, accounting, or financial analysis

• Ability to interpret financial methodology

This will be a 9 months Contract for a maternity coverage.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist the Business Units in achieving operational excellence in important measurements, such as readiness of novelties, availability of retail stocks, and service level to customers and consumers.
• Optimize demand/supply balancing in the operational horizon (up to six months) via in-depth analysis on weekly demand trends and corresponding supply imbalances.
• Work closely with BUs on topline management within operational horizon and ensuring the sync up E2E across Supply Chain
• Bring visibility and analysis on business risks and opportunities via performance analysis to facilitate decision-making
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to support execution of the weekly and monthly processes, and ensuring high coherency and standardization where applicable
• Driving governance of Regional Demand Management tools and processes to ensure coherence

Do you have what it takes?

• Tertiary qualifications in project management, such as ones from the Project Management Institute (PMI), or supply chain/operations certification, such as APICS or CPIM, are preferred.
• Min 5 years of work experience in demand and supply management in FMCG industry, with good understanding of retail, planning and stock management strategies
• Strong collaborator management skills, with ability to influence collaborators across end-to-end value chain.
• Analytical approach (qualitative/quantitative) with ability to identify risk and opportunities and proactively implement corrective measures
• Govern regional processes and initiatives with markets, while bringing constructive view points to motivate change & solutions in collaboration with markets.
• Experienced using IT as an enabler for increased performance, working with Power BI, SAP, Advanced Excel & other digital tools.
• Curious and passion for learning!

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence stakeholders across end-to-end value chain.

- Analytical mindset (qualitative/quantitative) with ability to identify risk and opportunities and proactively put in place rectifying measures

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly report to the Regional Franchise Director and be responsible for developing and implementing regional marketing strategies in line with our regional oncology business strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with key opinion leaders, and provide market insights to support our core business activities. Job Specification

• At least 8-10 years in pharmaceutical industry in marketing and brand management, preferably in oncology
• Bachelor’s degree in science/pharmacy/business management, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in marketing within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a regional or cross-functional role and recent product launches
• Strong understanding of oncology treatment landscape in the region, including regulations, competitive landscape, and market dynamics
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

The Cluster Reservations Manager is responsible for managing the reservations process and operation in the property, by coaching and motivating the team to deliver quality guest service and meet financial targets for the property.

As a Cluster Reservations Manager, we rely on you to:

• Manage Reservations Process and Operation: Oversee the reservations process and operations, ensuring quality guest service and financial targets are met.
• Team Leadership: Coach and motivate the reservations team to adhere to property policies and procedures, and encourage internal sales and upselling of facilities.
