• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contractual and commercial terms
• Develop, steer and manage new software sales pipeline
• Monitor and research on market trends and developments
• Participate in strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives
• Develop and leverage the company’s branding and professional profile in coordination with our Marketing team

Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• Minimally 3-5 years of Business Development experience, software selling experience would be advantage
• Good exposure to FinTech & SaaS with an emphasis on FX and CFD
• Structured approach to Business Development & Sales

• Coach the children in a fun, stimulating and engaging manner
• Responsible for all aspects of classroom management
• Engage parents on child’s progress
• Train new teachers
• Prepare development portfolio for teachers
• Schedule classes and allocate resources
• Planning, organising events for the students and staff
• Manage External projects, ie. roadshows, childcare, kindergartens..etc
• Manage Centre operations

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and client needs.

Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive company growth and profitability.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, potential clients, and industry partners.

Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, operations) to create tailored solutions for potential clients.
