This role encompasses all aspects of corporate financial management for the Enviably Me Group of Companies and is also part of the core leadership team that will provide support and advice to the MD on mid and long-term direction of the business. They include Financial Analysis, Banking Facility and Relationship Management, Treasury/Cash Flow Management, Accounting/Internal Controls/Due Diligence, Business Cost Management and Corporate Structure. The work and company environment will be fast-paced, dynamic and covers both commercial and back of house aspects of the business. The right Candidate will be groomed to Financial Controller position.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Financial Analysis. Support the MD and commercial team in ensuring that our core business activities are on strong financial footing. This will include FA work on retail sales, boutique shops, major promotions, new brands or new businesses
2. Banking Facilities/Relationship. Manage multiple banking facilities and corresponding relationships with our panel of banks
3. Treasury/Cash Flow. We are a cash flow intensive business. Managing this well is critical to funding our business growth
4. Accounting/Internal Controls/Due Diligence. Work with external accountant on bookkeeping and establish clear SOPs on internal controls. Also required to perform financial due diligence work when we take on new suppliers, new brands and new retail partners or distributors
5. Corporate Structure. Advise and aid the MD to implement the right corporate structure for a fast-growing business and organization
6. Overall owner of the company’s Oracle Netsuite / Odoo Enterprise Resource Platform (ERP) systems and processes

Role Requirements

1. 5-10 years proven and relevant experience in above areas of financial expertise

Role:

• Provide Pre-Sales Technical Solutions / Consultancy and Delivery on managed services (including WAN, SDWAN, routers, switches, Wifi, Security and Cloud) for Managed Services customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work with Partners (Principals, System Integrators and Distributors) to deliver end-to-end solutions for corporate customers and negotiate project specific discounts.
• Develop the technical design and architecture to achieve resilient and cost-effective ICT solutions (incl. IoT, 5G and Cyber).
• Communicate strengths of the proposals to customers.
• Generate Bill of Material for the solution.
• Work with stakeholders (e.g. presales managers and operations) and partners to ensure that all aspects of the solution are supportable and relevant costings are included in proposals to customers and that costs are optimized to maximize competitiveness.
• Ensure an optimized architecture footprint for future expansion, from an IT and operational perspective, and integrated with communication network.
• To ensure high quality ICT documentation (e.g. Statement of Works, customization records, etc.) are created for all proposals.
• To prepare win / loss analysis for proposals / bids / tenders submitted to facilitate continuous improvement of networks designed.
• Deploy, manage and support networking services in LAN, WAN and Internet network infrastructure.
• Provide highly skilled technical assistance in completing network deployment and migrations.
• Create supporting documentation for the Network Infrastructure.
• Support and install Cisco equipment remotely with the assistance of onsite engineers.

Requirement:

• Preferably a degree in Telecommunications/ Electrical/ Electronics/Computer Science or equivalent qualifications with at least 5 years of working experience on security and managed services.
• At least 5 years of working experience with Telcom / WAN services including SDWAN, Cloud Connects, MPLS, Private Lines and Internet.
• Strong routing and switching knowledge.
• Relevant and expert level industry certification and extensive experience in an ICT Pre-Sales Solutions Architect role supporting Telco services including MPLS, Internet, Hybrid, Metro, SDWAN, IOT, WAN acceleration, Security and related services.
• Preferable to have CISSP and Cisco CCNP certifications.
• Experience with Cisco/ Juniper/Palo Alto / FireEye security products, Cisco / Ruckus Wireless and Riverbed Steelhead.
• Experienced in multi-level selling and comfortable in influencing CxOs, Contact Center Managers, Telecom Managers, IT Managers, etc
• Highly motivated and willing to learn new technologies and should be able to work under pressure.
