Receptionist Primary Task:

• Oversee the management, maintenance, and cleanliness of the reception desk, visitor holding area, and meeting rooms, ensuring they remain organized and presentable at all times
• Answer incoming calls and internal department queries within three rings, routing them in accordance with client policies
• Manage visitor check-ins and check-outs, updating hosts in line with client procedures
• Guide clients and guests to their designated meeting rooms and provide refreshments, such as coffee and tea, as needed
• Coordinate and oversee meeting room bookings in accordance with client guidelines

The Senior Auditor will be part of the APAC Internal Audit team. The position will be responsible for supporting the Global Internal Audit Plan with an emphasis on audits in Asia, Japan and Australia. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Look into the company’s BIM Project Deployment Plan and develop BIM Project Execution Plans, BIM collaboration, documentation, enforcement, monitoring and workflow to meet the project.
