About the role:

We are looking for a Scientific Research Analyst to quantify vitamins and mycotoxins by LC-MS in foods and related materials and develop improved extraction and analytical methods. The candidate should be experienced in analytical science, but training will be provided for candidates who have not previously worked with LC-MS. An initial 1-year contract will be offered with possibility of extension.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sample organisation, labelling and processing (food/protein extracts/faecal material)
• Extraction of metabolites (e.g. vitamins) by SPE (solid phase extraction)

Reporting to the Banner Finance Business Partner, your responsibility is to support the stakeholders in driving financial performance and decision making within the SG Food format business.
