Summary of Job Role

To design and implement technology solutions that align with business requirements and goals, ensuring efficient and effective system integration while optimizing overall performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to understand business requirements and design effective technology solutions, ie: system architectures, selecting appropriate technologies, and designing integration points between different systems.
2. Solution Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, interface specifications, and system integration plans. Ensure that the documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
3. System Integration & Development: Identify opportunities for system integration and define strategies to integrate different systems. Design and develop interfaces and/or APIs to enable seamless data exchange and interoperability between systems.
4. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Ensure that the solution design is implemented in accordance with best practices, architectural principles, and industry standards.
5. Technology Evaluation: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Evaluate & recommend technology adoption and drive innovation within the organization.

Requirements

• Experiences as an IT Solution Architect or in similar roles. Able to design, develop and implement complex technology solutions.
• Hands-on latest software development methodologies, best practices, and implementing DevOps using Azure Repo/Github.
• Hands-on on.Net, Full-stack (node.Js, React.JS), and Java development platform including its toolchains and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of architecture of micro-service, containers, web technologies, mobile development, network and security principles, and database design.
• Ability to analyse complex business requirements, document them, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system development and integration issues.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Self-driven individual who is able to work independently, as well as in a team.

Special Skills Requirement

• Knowledge of enterprise application integration (EAI) and service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and architecture, preferably in Azure cloud.
• Experience with container technologies and orchestration using Docker, and Kubernetes.

Role: AMH Lead Programmer Analyst

Key Skills:

· 6 to 9 years of experience in software development (with JAVA and XML technologies)

· 2 to 4 years of experience in Swift Technology (SAA, SAG and AMH)

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze business requirements, and create technical design documents that are in accordance with the company's architecture standards.

· Documenting design decisions, components and keep the knowledge base.

· Lead senior and junior programmer in project development and providing hands on engineering expertise to the development teams.

· Coach the Senior/Junior programmer on Swift application Development and support.

· Manage UAT User Queries & coordinate UAT Activities so that UAT can be completed timely.

· Ensures that expected application performance levels are achieved.

· Perform unit and system testing of application code as well as execution of implementation activities.

· Record and track defects uncovered during the execution of tests and escalated the issues status to project management and updated Teams on items of impact and participate in resolution; design retest cases/scripts/data to retest.

· Review the code developed by Vendor, enhance the system & performance.

Key Requirements:

· Expert level programming skills in Java/J2EE technologies

· Experience using and developing RESTful APIs using JAX-RS, JSON, familiar JBoss Resteasy is a plus

· Experience with JMS, IBM MQ, event-based and message-driven distributed system

· Strong familiarity with web servers and load balancing technologies, experience with JBoss, apache mod_cluster is a plus

· Experience in use of source code management system like SVN or GIT and build tools like ant, maven as well as exposed to CI/CD tools.

Role: Informatica System Analyst

Key Skills:

Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter version 10.x or higher

• Experience in setting up, upgrading and troubleshooting Informatica PowerCenter infra

• Experience in analyzing and producing technical mapping design specifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for installing, configuring, testing and maintaining Informatica PowerCenter software

• Responsible for reviewing and understanding requirements and translating them into high-level and low-level documentation including source to target mapping

• Responsible for building of data mappings, sessions and workflows to meet requirements (Informatica 10.x or higher)

• Responsible for development of job schedules that integrate the upstream and downstream systems (e.g. Control-M)

• Responsible for unit testing, debugging, and performance testing, with key focus on data accuracy and integrity

• Accountable for on-time delivery of all documentation, design, build, testing, and deployment according to the work breakdown structures

• Work with production support teams as required to support production activities, including production migrations, continuity testing, environment migration activities

• Must have impeccable written and oral communication skills down to the mapping documentation level

Key Requirements:

• 6 or more years IT working experience in production support role in bank/FI environment
