Role:

• Verify and validate deals against Gunvor’s ETRM System for accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure timely and accurate updates of deals in the ETRM system to reflect any changes.
• Prepare draft contracts for crude and/or products for traders and operators to review.
• Send out contracts upon approval.
• Upload contracts and all counters/amendments to the ETRM System.
• Update master templates as needed.
• Review and counter contracts from counterparties.
• Update contract Excel worksheets and Power BI reports.
• Prepare tender offers when required.
• Liaise with Finance, Legal, and Demurrage departments on contract wording issues.
• Review counterparties’ general terms and conditions.

This role involves overseeing IT installation, commissioning, and integration activities of IT systems in building technologies environment.
