What you will do:

The sales analyst SEA will be the primary internal point of contact responsible for supporting sales administrative tasks and some customer facing tasks.  This person will work closely with the sales, centralized bookings, and cash collections teams to support first pass yield bookings, support the Delegation of Authority process (including legal) and Preventative Service Agreements/Contract bookings and renewals.  This position is vital as it will support the contract booking process and will be the first line of review and approval for contracts.

How you will do it:

• Will be the initial reviewer for customer and sales data within Oracle to ensure customer and billing information is correct before contract booking.  This position requires the verification and submission or customer master changes into Casewise workflow.
• As part of the customer and contract review process, will update and correct any current contracts or customer numbers that need action.
• Will provide the 1st level of support (review) for contract booking.  This will include contract review and preparation of and the delivery of amendment letters to the customer.  Will work directly with the customer as the 1st level support for approval. This will also include ensuring contracts are compliant for payment terms and conditions and submitting any contracts into our legal portal for higher review and the appropriate Delegation of Authority.
• Work with the sales team and the Centralized booking to obtain and submit customer’s credit application.

• When needed, respond to Owner controlled insurance program/Contractor controlled insurance program requests and enrollment when required at booking.  Also, when needed, support requests for bid and performance & payment bonds, as well as bonds required for various licenses.
• Support the local sales team with Preventative maintenance modifications, cancelations, and QA holds. Manage contracts through the booking process by working with the sales team, district managers, and centralized booking.  This includes working closely with our compliance team for government contracts.
• Manage and maintain tracking for Preventative maintenance renewal contracts and weekly update calls on these contracts.

Job Description:

• Responsible for IT Infrastructure setup, maintenance and operations
• Provide end user support on desktop/ laptop/ printers/ networking and software. Engaged with user by IT request form for the new/ replacement of IT hardware and software installation & configuration, troubleshooting and setup
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Good knowledge in network and servers security and problem solving
• Develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
• Handle IT projects and system implementation which involve gathering information, designing and planning. Conduct User acceptance test and provide user training
• Manage and liaise with external system vendors such as Sage ACCPAC, ParaDM and HR Payroll system
• Provide advice and recommendations to management on process and techniques for improved work operations
• Handling all the IT functions of the Company and its subsidiary, which are located in Singapore and Malaysia respectively

Requirements:

• NITEC/ Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Basic networking skill preferably able to setup and troubleshoot
• Able to plan and work independently with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude towards learning and performing hands-on technical work
• 2 to 3 years of support experience in manufacturing sector would be an advantage

About the Position:

Cost Analysts are team members who may bring with them multiple capabilities and/or subject matter expertise in a specific area. This position is an individual contributor on team working on deliverables/duties that may include extensive analysis and reporting, project management process improvement, process development, and process execution.

The primary responsibilities for this position will be to (but not limited to):

• Leads the collection and analysis of data, works with team members to resolve errors, explains changes and recommends actions to resolve problems.
• Provides analysis and recommendations needed to increase accuracy and execution velocity to be successful in implementing projects on time, with in cost, and meeting targets.
• Creates reports for team to efficiently communicate accurate project and/or operational performance level information.
• Reporting directly to the Business Operations Manager and will be accountable for reviewing cost and other performance KPIs related to specific strategies from both Category and Product Supply at the Facility level to create a competitive advantage for our customers.
• Participates in and/or leads team meetings and is prepared to provide information to ensure meetings are timely, efficient, and follow agenda. Works with leader to ensure outcomes are consistent with goals.
• Responsible to provide support as assigned to execute processes and/or deliver project assignments. In addition this level would take a larger role in self-directing his or her own work.
• Work assignments may be specialized in nature but may also be broad based with coordination between other staff personnel to complete a larger project.
• This role also takes a leadership role in coordination and collaboration events and meetings.

Must have ability to work with people from many different backgrounds and cultures, internally and externally, with the appropriate influence and ability to resolve differences. Good human relations skills are required to develop a collaborative, cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside the business unit. Generally, requires extensive analysis to understand regional or worldwide business conditions.

Required Skill and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience required.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills, good analytical and organizational skills.
• Must be a self-starter, team player and have the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.

• Managing timely financial closing and support various internal/external management and JV partner reporting requirements.
• Partner with Shared Service Center to complete financial reporting deliverables.

The Tax Analyst will support the day-to-day tax work of the family office. Reporting to the Senior Tax Analyst based in Singapore, the successful candidate will work as part of the tax team which has a global coverage to deliver professional tax services including direct and indirect tax compliance and tax advisory support in respect of business activities of the group.
