KEY TASKS

Drive efficient and effective Financial Reporting

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the reviews of investment project applications, which includes guiding/ advising applicants on the budget application till the approval of the investment project for APAC countries (Singapore as Regional HQ and 10+ branches) with estimated amount of SGD100mil annually.
• Review monthly investment projects forecast, follow up on the outstanding items, prepare consolidation for variance analysis and reporting for APAC.
• Maintain and ensure data quality and completeness of the budget, actual and forecast for investment reports.
• Monitor and track systems investment budget utilization, assess the gap and implement necessary measure to improve the utilization.
• Provide support in the preparation of finance monthly, quarterly reporting and ad hoc meeting materials and reports.
• Manage and in charge for the quarter IT Budget Committee Meeting for Asia
• Maintain internal and external resource rates and act as liaison on any communication between relevant stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, work with respective stakeholders to formalize and support the implementation.
• To support HOD and Line Heads in planning and promoting ASO initiatives.
• Assist Line Heads in responding to the instructions from Head Office audit / Internal Audit department / Internal control / External inspection.
• Provide support to the process transformation projects including the implementation of IT finance budgeting tools.

Job Requirements:

• A Degree and experience in Accounting & Finance, or ACCA with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in handling IT finance, project portfolio management.
• Experience in implementation of AS-IS process.
• Require Responsible, proactive, fast learner, hands-on, work independently with less supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Advanced Excel
• Possess good communication, writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to work within a pressurized environment, meeting challenging deadline
• Energized to operate with urgency and prioritizing work accordingly
• Preferably to have the "change" adoptable mindset.

As the Senior Manager – IT Project Delivery – Contract Logistics – APAC, you will take charge of delivering high-impact IT projects from start to finish across the region. Working alongside the IT Solutions Manager, you will drive forward commercial logistics projects, managing project timelines, risk factors, and stakeholder engagement. In this influential, regional role, you’ll utilize your expertise in Contract Logistics, WMS, and TMS systems to deliver customer-centric solutions that push boundaries and elevate our service offerings.

Key Accountabilities

• Define clear project scope, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring all timelines are met and quality standards upheld.
• Create, manage, and track project budgets, ensuring alignment between forecast and actual expenses.
• Implement and monitor quality metrics to ensure optimal project delivery.
• Communicate and coordinate all change impacts with stakeholders, securing approvals and aligning on resources.
• Present IT solutions effectively to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent).
• 8+ years in IT project management within supply chain/logistics, with a strong focus on solution design and customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in WMS, TMS, and EDI standards, along with experience in application development, integration, and various contract logistics models.
• Proven experience in large, global organizations and cross-functional environments.
• Exceptional English proficiency, with additional language skills in Asia preferred; adept at translating technical details for non-technical stakeholders.
• Skilled in assessing and mitigating technical and business risks, with a strong analytical approach to complex challenges.
• Strong negotiation skills to address and resolve conflicts, ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Familiarity with IT frameworks such as ITIL or Agile.
• Willingness to travel across the APAC region as needed.
