Team Leadership and Coordination

• Lead and manage the IT support team, providing training and professional development to ensure high performance.
• Coordinate with faculty and staff to understand technology needs and provide proactive solutions.
• Develop workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IT service delivery.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders during outages or scheduled maintenance.

Compliance, Safety, and Documentation

• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., PDPA) and other legal standards relevant to schools.
• Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure that all equipment and systems are properly configured for student safety (e.g., web filtering, access controls).
• Monitor and enforce acceptable use policies (ANUP) for students and staff to maintain a safe digital environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations management, preferably in an education environment.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), firewalls, and wireless infrastructure.
