This role is with the IT Service Delivery Team, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager. This team is responsible for Service Operations – the structure and processes which ensure accountability, oversight and auditability throughout the team.

ServiceNow is the platform used by IT and the business for many of their processes/applications. This application is owned and developed by this team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Change Management, including review new and implemented changes, chair CAB, review change schedule, maintain dashboard, prepare comms.
• Incident Management, including analysing trends, incident workarounds, monitoring aged incidents.
• Major Incident Management, including communication, being part of the Incident Repsonse Team, managing suppliers

The Investment Office of NUS is recruiting 1-2 analysts to join our inaugural Analyst Program. This is a 2-year program offering the opportunity to learn about asset allocation, different investment strategies in various asset classes, risk management, portfolio management and operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

Investment Work:

• Assist in researching and sourcing for investment ideas
• Assist in the execution of investment due diligence work, including qualitative and quantitative analysis of prospective investment opportunities, interviewing the managers, reference checks, industry/sector research, preparing recommendation memo and legal documentation review.
• Assist in the portfolio monitoring and management of existing investments
• Assist in preparation of reports, presentation or updates to the investment committee, NUS management or other stakeholders
• Assist in taking meeting minutes for internal and external meetings
• Assist with any other ad-hoc duties/projects required by the Investment Office

Operations work:

• To support automation of existing processes, specifically to help organize data.
• R or Python to develop script for standard reports
• Design reporting dashboards with Power BI
• Risk and performance reporting and analysis for the portfolio
• Support compliance and operational due diligence

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher; strong academic performance
• Inquisitive, passion and interest in investing
• Soft-skills: excellent written and verbal communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, learning agility and teamwork
• Technical skills: proficiency in Word/Excel/PPT, R or Python, data analysis and visualization

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and oversee the installation and maintenance of internal systems of hardware, software and networks.
• Implement and manage security protocols, including access controls, backups and firewalls.
• Monitor, troubleshoot IT systems, including security system and networking.
• Manage servers, email systems, CCTV, HR system and others.
• Set up user accounts and PC workstations, Apps etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of system security, networking and database management.
• Good programming skills, with app development experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with access control, CCTV, and alarm systems is an advantage.

The Role

We are seeking an Investment Analyst based in Schonfeld Singapore office to provide integrated investment advice to Portfolio Manager. This person should be a team player with excellent communication skills, computer proficiency and high level of professionalism and familiar with Taiwan investment markets and technology sector.

Position Overview

Assist in managing Infrastructure and IT Security related, for Regional Office (South Asia Ocean Region).

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Cloud Infrastructure hosting all the Critical Regional Business Solutions.
• Support Cloud Consolidation and Integration to Common Cloud for the Region.
• Plan, Design and Setup adequate Infrastructure for Operation Companies (OPCOs) to connect to Global and Regional Solutions.
