Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot customer inquiries by leveraging existing knowledgebase resources and resolving known issues.
• Handle post-sales activities of related products and solutions.
• Engage in the implementation of large-scale projects.
• Be available for standby support to manage 24/7 maintenance calls.
• Offer on-site services, including deployment, testing and preparation of documentation.
• All other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in IT / Cybersecurity or other related field of studies.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT network support and database administration.
• Certified CCNA or CCSA is a bonus.

• Proficient in networking and network security concepts.
• Possess strong expertise in cryptographic principles, hardware security modules (HSMs), and key management systems.
• Skilled in configuring and operating Thales SafeNet HSMs.
• Experienced in integrating cryptographic libraries and HSMs with applications.
• Familiar with information security architecture, including firewalls, monitoring tools, encryption, web proxies, etc.
• Experienced in designing and implementing enterprise key management solutions.
