We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Specialist to join the IT team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will assist in the management and quality control of our clinical system upgrading project. You will play a crucial role in the coordination of the project and engage the respective vendor in ensuring that project milestones and implementation completion. Your responsibilities are as follows:

1. Project Management & Coordination

• Actively manage and coordinate the Clinical System upgrade project, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, working closely with the vendor’s project manager to drive the project forward.

2. Documentation & Quality Control

• Ensure comprehensive and accurate Requirement and Design documentation is created, reviewed, and maintained.
• Supervise the vendor team to ensure adherence to requirements and design specifications, ensuring the highest quality of deliverables.

3. Business & Design review Facilitation

• Facilitate and lead business requirement and design review sessions, ensuring that all stakeholders' needs are captured and addressed.

4. Quality Assurance

• Oversee the quality control process for project deliverables, ensuring that they meet both functional and technical requirements.
• Manage and coordinate thorough testing processes, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring issues are identified and addressed.

5. Training & Support

• Coordinate user training and provide ongoing post-go-live support to ensure the system is fully optimized and meets user needs.

6. Management of issues & regression testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Studies or related field

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of IT project experience with Functional / Technical experience in Microsoft .NET (Web App) technologies
• Experience in PowerApps, MS Dynamics CRM (2015 version or others)

▪ To assist in coordination and logistics management of:

Senior IT Security Consultant

• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to provide security consultancy and assurance.
• Develop and implement IT security policies, procedures, and plans.
