Responsibilities

This is a 12-month fixed contract, working within the Global Technology Services (GTS) Chief Operating Officer (COO) team, responsible for:

• Coordinating activities and processes required for effective day to day organization of IT Infrastructure assets and contracts management.
• Resource management, e.g., onboarding/offboarding/contract extension and headcount tracking and reporting including Project & Portfolio Management and reporting.

Asset Management:

• Develop and maintain frameworks and end to end process/engagement model for on-boarding IT Assets in region (reconciling with financial books).
• Assist with governance of asset inventory including stock take and checks.
• Periodic internal quality assurance assessment across IT Asset portfolio, highlighting any potential gaps, defining remediation plan and ensuring continued adherence to Group IT Asset Management standards.

Contract Management:

• Ensure all contracts are registered in Sourcing Hub and aligned to Marley Asset Inventory.
• Ensure adherence of contracts and sourcing requirements of existing vendor services.
• Escalate appropriately to ensure Department Accountable Ex-Co are informed and necessary remediation implemented.
• Assist with designing process to streamline / and maintain an accurate Business as Usual contracts management schedule.

Business Management / Project Management Office (PMO):

• Publish report of Change The Bank/ Run The Bank consumption from Pyramid and follow-ups
• Maintain resource management plan.
• Assist with producing Total Cost of Ownership reporting (on Apptio).
• Work with Procurement and Expense team on follow ups and maintain governance.

• Conduct daily sales activities, including cold calling, scheduling client appointments, preparing presentation materials and proposals, and presenting to potential customers.
• Develop and execute strategies by analyzing current market trends and needs.
• Generate new leads and secure new sales opportunities to boost sales revenue and achieve sales targets.
  Collaborate with partners and cross-departmental teams to provide pricing details and technical support to customers.
• Ensure accuracy in sales reports for record-keeping and management reporting.
• Perform pre-ITQ and RFQ groundwork duties, including tender/bidding and negotiation to close deals.
• Maintain strong support and relationships with existing and new customers, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends by attending product training sessions and keeping up with the latest developments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in Business-to-Business sales or in Business development role (IT field)
• Diploma / Degree holder in related field (Sales or Information Technology will be an advantage).
• IT Product Knowledge. Knowledge or experience in HP / Lenovo SMB sales or IT solutions and consultancy.
• Proven good sales track record in related fields

Who You Are

• Skilled and Analytical: Strong foundation in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn financial data into actionable insights. Proficient in Excel and experienced in data modeling and analysis.
• Communicator & Collaborator: Confident in engaging with clients, presenting solutions, and leading discussions. Able to juggle multiple projects and work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-Oriented & Independent: Committed to delivering high-quality work with great attention to detail. Able to work independently while managing competing priorities.
