Cloud Infrastructure Management:

• Manage the day-to-day operation of our government's cloud infrastructure on the Commercial Cloud (GCC) platform.

Vendor Management:

• Liaise with cloud service provider and vendors to manage service level agreements (SLAs), and vendor relationships.
• Work with vendors to assess, plan, co-ordinate and implement the appropriate technology changes, updates and refresh when products are reaching end-of-life.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Analyse financial statements and structure credit facilities to ensure good credit quality

Requirements:

• Min Diploma level
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a lending environment and working knowledge of mortgage loans in property development and/ land & construction loans
• Preferably with an established network of business contacts especially in the SME sector or tie-up with loan/ mortgage brokers. Strong ability to source and generate leads independently
• Good understanding of financial analysis is preferred
• Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Facilities Management (FM) team in full scope of FM hard and soft services
• Responsible for communicating department facility-related activities and projects to management
• Lead, plan and manage preventive, corrective and maintenance work schedules for the mall
• Review and monitor term contracts for all building services installations and facilities’ services
• Ensure compliance with the safety and statutory requirements for the mall and operations

This position is Compliance Manager with the key role to support the Head of Compliance Singapore in providing compliance oversight to the distribution and investment management activities in Singapore under Natixis Investment Managers International and providing compliance support to the global/ regional projects, including marketing-related projects/ initiatives.

The position will have the following key accountabilities:

• Assist the Head of Compliance on day-to-day compliance and internal control tasks.
• Responsible for maintaining local licensing and providing management with regulatory updates and industry best practices.
• Ensure that the business maintains and follows industry-leading compliance standards and local regulations.
• Review marketing materials and RFPs to ensure internal and regulatory requirements are met (e.g. customized materials, local advertisement, public website, etc.).
• Conduct AML & Sanctions checks according to global practices and regulations in Singapore.
• Conduct investment compliance monitoring.
• Conduct ongoing compliance training for the relevant BDU (including new hire and annual compliance training, ad-hoc training on regulatory development, etc.).
• Code of Ethics administration (e.g. review and approve gift and entertainment, personal trading transaction, outside employment, etc.).
• Develop, maintain, and administer the local policies and procedures.
• With the Head of Compliance, devise and execute an approach to locally implementing global policies.
• Support Head of Compliance on a regulatory interface with MAS and CPF Board, including but not limited to submission of surveys, preparation, and management of audits and regulatory inspections handling of regulatory inquiries, etc.
• Conduct local testing as agreed with the Head of Compliance and the APAC Internal Control Manager.
• Conduct compliance-related risk assessment exercises (e.g. annual non-compliance risk assessment, annual sanctions risk assessment, AML/ CTF risk assessment, etc.).
• Keep up-to-date with the regulatory environment through the identification and interpretation of new regulatory change that impacts the business. Conduct gap assessments on new regulatory developments, liaise with the team to ensure new regulatory requirements are properly implemented, and gaps noted are closely monitored to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with business units including Legal, Finance & Operations, Information Technology, Risk Management, etc. to address compliance matters that may impact the operations.
• Assist the Head of Compliance in providing regular reporting to the Holding Company, Boards, and Compliance, Risk, and Internal Control Committees.
• Provide Compliance support to regional/ global projects, including marketing-related projects (estimated 20% of the time).
• Fulfill additional/ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications:

• University degree or above;
• A minimum of 6 years working experience in a compliance role with asset managers;
• A good understanding of the Singapore asset management regulations; while working knowledge of Luxembourg / EU, and Hong Kong regulations would be highly preferred;
• A good relationship with the MAS, other compliance professionals, and advisers would be an advantage;
• A good understanding of equity and fixed-income investment strategies would be an advantage;
• Good knowledge of the ACA ComplianceAlpha, LSEG World-Check, and Salesforce CRM systems would be an advantage;
• Good command of English and French proficiency is an advantage for global projects;
