Your job responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the operations of the SingHealth Cluster Office of Compliance, ensuring it provides expertise, monitoring, and offers critical oversight on compliance matters
• Developing and implementing Cluster Compliance programmes, projects and initiatives
• Driving strategic alignment through collaborations with Cluster and Institutional stakeholders and providing advisory services on compliance

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline with at least 8 - 10 years of working experience
• Professional qualification such as CIA/ CISA/ CA/ CRMA/ CFE is preferred
• Experience, knowledge and skills in the areas of audit, risk and compliance is preferred. Prior healthcare industry experience will be advantageous
• Experience in performing special reviews and forensic investigations is preferred
• Practical experience and working knowledge of risk assessment, internal controls, and adoption of data analytics is preferred

Primary Relationships

The position reports to the eCommerce Manager.

Within the organisation, this position has primary working relationships with the eCommerce team, IT and Warehouse teams, as well as staff with similar positions within partner and franchise organisations.

Outside the organisation, the position coordinates primarily with vendors and service providers (marketplace enablers, third-part logistics providers etc.) as well as customers from online and social media platforms.

Responsibilities
