The successful candidate will be responsible for executing Remy Cointreau Visual Merchandising in store; assisting Area Managers in the coordination of merchandising activities across all Global travel Retail (GTR) permanent visibility and supporting design development on permanent visibility across GTR projects.

Job Scope

Design & Project Management (70%)

• Implement project request forms (PRF) and project management with Sales Team
• Project management on capex priority and contractor tender
• Rendering changes and revisions for retailer approval
• Invoices tracking versus Capex landing
• Initiate Design suggestion and review PRF with Sales Team
• Co-design development with Brand Team and Commercial
• Timekeeper on projects priority
• Materials sourcing, Shop Fitters coordination
• Meeting presentation: Monthly Sales review by cluster

Merchandising Development (30%)

• Prepare updated merchandising guidelines & visual merchandising book with new launches
• Prepare visual guidelines per Brand according to marketing campaign
• Cost analysis on visual merchandising animation by store and location
• Lead and develop on the Glorifier development and production for both head office and GTR
• Merchandising planogram for POP UP, SIS, Boutique. Wall bay
• Implement the visual merchandising signage communication in store: (Shelf talkers, Glorifier, Visuals…)
• Develop the visual merchandising highlight, newsletter, picture report
• Prepare, maintain & update the database with Box Capture Pictures of all Flagship Doors (Gondolas, Wall Bay) to be integrated into internal App

The ideal candidate will bring to the role:

• At least 6 relevant years of experience in visual merchandising.
• Knowledge of negotiation with suppliers
• Materials and Design expertise to prepare brief for suppliers; follow up on production and quality control report
• Relevant experience in designing retail presentation to Sales team.
• Projects coordination with Shop fitters
• Highly driven, resourceful, and customer-oriented
• Strong planning and organizational skills, ability to execute projects
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:

Payroll and System

• Ensure timely and efficient administration of organization-wide payroll (full spectrum)
• Review HRIS and Payroll processes regularly to ensure process efficiencies and compliance with Company policies and statutory requirements.
• Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure accurate and timely reporting for effective salary administration (CPF and Tax filing/ Clearance), surveys (by various government agencies – MSF/ MOM/AIC etc) and audits.
• Lead all HR related systems including HRIS to ensure data accuracy and managed in accordance to statutory and company requirements.
• Prepare monthly payroll analysis report.
• Provide Professional advice on payroll and HR matters enquiries on a prompt basis.
• Work with Compensation and Business Partners Team on the following for accurate payout:
  • Annual manpower budget projection
  • Annual Total Performance Management (TPM) on moderation
  • Annual Salary review exercise and bonus payout

HR Administration

• Administer Government Grants and Government Paid Leave (such as Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave, Childcare Leave, NS Make-up pay, etc.).
• Oversee for applications & timely claims with Funders.
• Work across HR and Services/Divisions to streamline HR processes for efficient HR operations.
• Consolidate and maintain all HR policies & procedures from the respective HR owners to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, consistent and effective HR practices across the organization.
• Assist in development and implementation of human resources policies, SOP and workflows.
• Review and monitor key HR metrics.
• Responsible for the overall data integrity and quality control.
• Participate and manage any ad hoc HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or related qualifications with at least 10 years of relevant Payroll experience in medium to large matrixed organizations.
• Well-versed in Employment Act and statutory regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Knowledge of Frontier software will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills, adaptable, meticulous and organized.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee IT requests and provide IT support to TWC Group centres and head office, and ensure all IT tickets are responded to and resolved in a timely manner.
• Plan and conduct regular checks, analysis, diagnosis and troubleshooting for all TWC Group premises to ensure all software and hardware are up to date and effective, so as to prevent any possible disruptions in daily operations.
• Supervise, review and implement the organisation’s IT and digitalisation strategies and policies for all business processes in respect to the law, regulations, guidelines and IT standards.
• Lead IT projects with relevant departments and stakeholders, including the conceptualisation, implementation, maintenance and review of new and existing IT systems and services within the organisation.
• Provide recommendations to senior management on improvements, SOPs, risks, or policies regarding IT and digitalisation matters.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years’ experience in the IT field in a relevant role.
• Ability to use systems and complete IT tasks efficiently within Google Workplace (Sheets, Forms, App Script etc). Familiar with HTML/CSS, Mac platform, Apple systems and devices.
• Able to organise tasks and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Technically savvy and self-motivated learner.
• Possess excellent communication and project management skills to work with stakeholders from various departments and external teams.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is a plus as future work will involve collaboration with international teams based in other countries in Asia.

Work Hours and Location:

• Work Days: 5-day work week (4 weekdays and 1 weekend). The weekend may be a Sat or Sun depending on roster.

  • Weekdays: 10.30am - 7.30pm / 12.30pm - 9.30pm depending on the roster
  • Weekends: 8.30am - 6.30pm

Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Operations Technician will be responsible to:

• Responding to technical support calls/emails from vessel for computer, network, application, and connectivity issues
• Setting up and installing new computers, network infrastructure (up to L2) and software on board vessels or at shore
• Maintain network infrastructure drawing for each vessel
• Work with support team and assist to resolve cases remotely where required
• Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults
• Maintaining inventories of hardware and software for each vessel
• Be actively involved in project preparation or solutions as assigned by IT Manager
• Exposure to other segments of IT ie OT equipment, CCTV, WiFi infrastructure, satellite communications
• Attend vessel as per attendance plan scheduled by vessel coordinator or IT Manager
• Assist warehouse coordinator where required with regards to pickup, delivery, and packing
• Provide IT briefing to vessel and office members as required
• Any other IT tasks assigned by IT Manager

Qualification & Requirements:

• Diploma or degree holder in Information Technology, Information Systems or related fields
• At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role
• Prior experience with vessel in the shipping/maritime industry is mandatory
• Traveling island-wide is required and occasional travel to overseas
• Proficient in L1 networking, windows OS and MS office, WiFi networking, network infrastructure, firewall, VLANs, routing
• Shipboard allowance is provided for vessel attendance during weekends/public holidays
