1. Job Description:

· Developing testing & commissioning plans and procedures for SCADA systems

· Conducting site visits to ensure that SCADA systems are installed according to design specifications

· Conducting testing to ensure that the system is functioning safely and efficiently

· Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the commissioning process.

· Lead and develop the respective ownership of all activities pertaining to commissioning which will involve partial oversight of project engineers and site supervisors as it pertains to commissioning scope.

· Review and acknowledge/approve on all project documents including design drawings, equipment submittal, specifications, quality control plan and understand project requirements pertaining to start-up and commissioning compliances

· Participate in the key design reviews such as P&ID, Equipment Layout, and HAZOP to ensure that the pre-commissioning and commissioning requirements are incorporated into the design of the facilities

· Schedule and execute all the required inspections and tests are being carried out in accordance with the approved plan and keep proper documentation.

· Liaise and coordinate with system provider, contractors and authorities, to establish the testing & commissioning schedule.

· Organize and lead the integrated test meetings with internal and external parties

· Development of Test & Commissioning Plans and Integrated Test Plans

· Ensuring that all systems and components are tested in accordance with project requirements

· Analyzing test results and identifying any issues or deficiencies

· Working closely with system provider / sub-contractor, design and construction teams to resolve any technical issues during testing and commissioning

· Preparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including test reports and commissioning records

· Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during testing and commissioning activities

1. Job Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering and minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in testing & commissioning of SCADA system and building services

As a Data Engineering Manager, you will:

• Be a people-manager for a team of data engineers and analytics engineers, including
  • Coaching your team members in executing their tasks

As a senior team member in the Data Engineering Team, you will:

• Architect, build, and maintain a data platform that enables engineers and analysts across the company to ingest, anonymize, and enrich data
• Use your analytics engineering skills to deliver quality, timely, and fit-for-purpose analytical datasets that power downstream applications and decision making
• Liaise with our internal customers to understand their needs and convert them to technical requirements
• Leverage your high-level overview to proactively mitigate risks and expediently resolve blockers
• Provide tools, training, and coordination to stakeholders across the organization

Role requirements

We seek candidates with most, or at least some, of the following skills and experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in data engineering / analytics engineering, with at least 2 years of experience leading and managing a team of at least two people. This includes conducting performance reviews, conducting regular 1:1 meetings, providing mentorship, and creating career development plans.
• Strong experience in analytics engineering, including designing, implementing, and maintaining data models for large-scale data warehouses.
• Strong experience with SQL, Python, and hand-on experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Proven track record designing and constructing robust and testable data pipelines. Hands-on experience building and operating data applications within cloud environments, particularly AWS.
• Strong knowledge and adherence to software engineering best practices, including version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Some nice-to-haves are:

• Experience with tools like Apache Airflow and dbt for managing and orchestrating data workflows efficiently.
• Experience in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Understanding of data privacy and security and how they are implemented in engineering systems.

- Oversee the complete scope of project and site management.

- Check and prepare site reports, designs, and drawings.

- Collaborate with other engineers, surveyors, clients, and subcontractors.

- Ensure that all project personnel receive an appropriate orientation to the organization and the project.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, reports and permits.

- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and remain within allocated limits.

Qualifications:

-Degree or diploma in a relevant Engineering discipline.

- At least 8 years of post-graduate experience in project management.

- Ability to manage projects independently.

- Strong problem-solving and ability to provide technical advice

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, your main responsibilities are to increase MSC's market presence by canvasing cargoes for all trades lanes to achieve budgeted lifting. Besides maintaining current clientele base and increasing MSC market presence, responsibilities include all nominations, forecasting and allocations, as well as be responsive to ensure immediate coordination on rate requests and approvals between sales team and GVA Liner desk. Your key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for trade in space management and rate filing with Geneva Line managers, and market benchmarking.

• Responsible for balance of OCA/DCA/Global Tender / VIP account fulfilment

• Coordinate and execute liner strategy and business plan.

• Responsible for respective trade's week/monthly/yearly budget fulfilment.

• Maintain current clientele and increase MSC market presence;

• Responsible for all nominations / forecasting / allocation;

• Achieve close level of support with top clients through daily contact.

• Promote myMSC eCommerce system to customers for online booking, cargo tracking and other related activities, including instant quote.

• Monitor cargo booking on daily basis to ensure allocation are met for your assigned trade;

• Ensure all rates under the final booking list are fill accurately, completely, and timely in TMS.

• Manage all FOB activities include liaising with POD agent on weekly prospect, space utilization and availability;

• Cargo selection to ensure balance of high / low paying cargo for respective trades daily according to Geneva business plan;

• Timely weekly sales and market reports submission to Geneva.

• Maintain high accuracy of rates filing internally and externally (with respective authorities).
